RASPBERRY YOGURT PUDDING SALAD
Steps:
- In a large bowl, beat together the dry pudding mix and yogurt. I prefer using an electric mixer for this.
- Then fold in the Cool Whip whipped topping. (The lumps go away as you keep folding.)
- Fold in the frozen raspberries (any frozen fruit will work).
- Keep refrigerated.

This smoothie is so good, smooth & creamy! I tried raspberries because that is what I happened to have, I usually use strawberries, and it came out so yummy! Makes a great light breakfast, lunch, or snack. This is for one serving because that is what I usually make, but it can be easily doubled.

Steps:
- Puree raspberries with syrup in food processor or blender. Strain; discard seeds.
- In a small saucepan over high heat, bring raspberry puree to boiling.
- In a small bowl, combine cold water and cornstarch; add to boiling puree. Cook over medium-high heat, whisking constantly, 2 - 4 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
- Transfer to mixing bowl. Put in freezer for 15 minutes, or until cold but not frozen.
- In another bowl, combine orange sections, papaya, banana, blueberries, and strawberries.
- Whisk yogurt into chilled raspberry puree. Divide half the yogurt mixture among 4 bowls or goblets. Spoon fruit over yogurt mixture; top with remaining yogurt mixture.

- In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
- Pour half of the mixture into a 13" x 9" x 2" dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
- Set the remaining gelatin mixture aside.
- Combine the sour cream, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Spread over the chilled gelatin. Spoon remaining gelatin mixture over top.
- Chill overnight.

This is my favorite jello salad of all time. I make it for Christmas and Thanksgiving every year as well as other special occasions. It looks pretty and it tastes oh so yummy!!

Steps:
- Dissolve 1 package of Jello with 1-3/4 cups boiling water.
- Pour into a 9X13 cake pan or dish. Add berries.
- Stir until berries are covered with Jello and evenly spread out.
- Chill until set.
- Spread sour cream over set berry mixture.
- Slice bananas and place 1 layer over sour cream.
- Dissolve 2nd package Jello in 1-3/4 cups boiling water.
- Add 2 cups of ice cubes and stir until Jello begins to thicken. Remove any unmelted ice cubes.
- Pour thickened Jello over banana layer.
- Chill until completely set.
