This updated version of a Rangoon Ruby was created by Andrea Nguyen, and posted on her blog - AsianDumplingTips.com. - Put the ice in a 10 ounce glass.
- Squeeze the lime directly into the glass and drop the shell in there too.

DEVILED SRIRACHA CRAB RANGOON RECIPE - VIET WORLD KITCHEN
Lightly fill each wonton cup with about 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture. Sprinkle the tops with breadcrumbs and a tiny bit of butter (or a film of oil from a spray pump). Bake in a 350-degree oven for 6 to 8 minutes, until the edges are barely golden or starting to brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

Got lunch at Rangoon Ruby in San Carlos; the restaurant was the choice of my impossibly hip 84-year-old auntie, whose Burmese cuisine touchpoints are Mandalay and Burma SuperStar in SF.
