Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and line 2 cookie sheets with foil.
- Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl. Add the melted butter and Ranch seasoning packet to a gallon-size Ziploc bag, and seal shut. Mix the mixture between your hands until there are no more dry seasoning clumps.
- Add the RITZ crackers, seal the bag and SHAKE! Shake until the crackers are evenly coated.
- Divide the crackers between the 2 foil-lined cookie sheets. Spread the crackers in an even layer and bake for 20 minutes. Move cookie sheets to wire racks and cool before snacking!

- Pour Ritz crackers into plastic bag and crush until they are all crumbs.
- Mix mayonnaise with dry ranch dressing.
- Coat chicken breasts in mayonnaise mixture first, and then in crushed crackers.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is done throughout.

This is a little treat I always make at Christmas, even though it can be make all year long. (don't let the amount of oil fool you, You can't even tell there is oil on them)I get so many requests for this recipe.The taste is a wonderful ranch dill. I have frozen these as well. Standing time is not included.
