RAFFAELLO - QUARKSPEISE

Steps:

• Die Kokosraspeln in einer beschichteten Pfanne goldbraun rösten und auskühlen lassen. Den Quark mit Zucker, Vanillinzucker und dem ausgekratzten Mark der Vanilleschote glatt rühren. Die Sahne steif schlagen und zusammen mit dem Eierlikör unter die Creme ziehen. Die Hälfte der Quarkmasse in eine Schüssel geben, die Himbeeren darauf verteilen und mit der restlichen Creme bedecken. Die Kokosraspeln überstreuen. Raffaello-Kugeln halbieren und die Quarkspeise damit verzieren. Ca. 1 Std. kühl stellen

Steps:

• Blend with mixer margarine, milk and sugar.
• Stir in coconut by hands but leave about 50 grams for decorating.
• Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
• Make balls of dough and roll them over left coconut.
• If you like, you can place pealed hazelnut in center of each ball.

EASY-MADE GERMAN QUARK

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C). Line a colander with cheese cloth and place over a large pot in the sink.
• Gently mix buttermilk and cream together in a 2-quart ceramic casserole dish.
• Cook in the preheated oven for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
• Pour buttermilk mixture into the prepared colander; drain for 45 to 60 minutes. Transfer drained cheese to a bowl and beat with an electric hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Store in the refrigerator.
