QUICK MARINARA
"My husband and I love garlic, so we enjoy this pasta dish often," says Donna Yarham of Springfield, Missouri. Crushed red pepper flakes give this meatless fast-to-fix sauce a little kick, but you can adjust the "heat level" to your liking.

EASY MARINARA SAUCE
We built this recipe from a lot of trial and error and a little experimentation with the wine selection. It has a sweet flavor with just a little zing to keep things interesting. Great for all types of italian dishes. We even used it for Italian sausage bombers.
