Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Sprinkle nuts onto bottom of 12-cup fluted pan or 10-inch tube pan sprayed with cooking spray. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in small microwaveable bowl. Stir in syrup; drizzle over nuts in pan.

Roll cream cheese cubes in cinnamon sugar until evenly coated; place 1 on center of each biscuit. Gather up sides of dough to enclose filling; press edges together to seal. Roll each into ball; dip top in remaining butter, then in remaining cinnamon sugar. Arrange half the balls, cinnamon sugar-sides up, in prepared pan. Repeat with remaining balls to form second layer. Top with any remaining butter and cinnamon sugar.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat the inside of a 9-inch fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®) with cooking spray.
- Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on paper towels; crumble and remove extra fat.
- Melt margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat; stir in brown sugar and maple syrup. Bring mixture to a boil; cook and stir until mixture begins to foam, about 1 minute. Remove saucepan from heat.
- Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a resealable plastic bag; add 6 to 8 biscuit pieces at a time and shake until well coated. Pour any remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture into brown sugar mixture. Place saucepan over medium heat and cook and stir until sugar dissolves, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle 1/4 the bacon pieces in the bottom of the tube pan; pour in about 1/4 the brown sugar mixture. Arrange 1 layer of biscuit pieces in the tube pan; sprinkle in 1/4 the bacon pieces. Drizzle about 1/4 the brown sugar mixture over the biscuit pieces. Continue layering until all the ingredients are used, ending with a drizzle of brown sugar mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until biscuits are cooked through, about 35 minutes. Allow to cool in pan, 10 to 20 minutes; invert onto a serving plate.

CINNAMON MAPLE PULL-APARTS
I invented this recipe at the request of my son and his friend. I rewrote a recipe for "Cheesy Garlic Pull-Aparts" which the boys also enjoyed, and then asked if I could make cinnamon pull-aparts. Since my husband loves maple icing I decided to add that too. If you don't have access to Watkins products, you could experiment with plain cinnamon and sugar in place of the Cinna-Cream Sprinkles.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 425.
- Melt butter and mix with Cinna-Cream Sprinkles. Pour into 8" or 9" square pan.
- Cut biscuits into 4 pieces each and spread out in pan. Bake 10-15 minutes until biscuits are brown on top.
- Thoroughly mix powdered sugar, water or milk, and maple extract. You can do this while the biscuits are still in the oven, or wait until they come out.
- Remove pan from oven and invert on large plate. Spread icing carefully over biscuits. Serve hot or warm.
- NOTE: DO NOT mix icing in advance - it thickens quickly and becomes more difficult to spread.

- To make the maple butter: In a medium-large saucepan, add maple syrup and pinch of salt. Heat maple syrup over high heat until boiling (*be sure to use a large-ish pan, as syrup will boil up about double or more). Attach or insert thermometer and boil until syrup reaches 240° Immediately remove from heat and stir in butter until it’s completely melted.
- Pour mixture into the bowl of a stand mixer or alternately, use a large bowl with a hand mixer. Start on low speed and gradually increase speed until you reach high. Continue to beat on high until mixture is lightened and creamy, about 8-10 minutes total. Mixture should be the consistency of a creamy caramel sauce. Pour into a jar or bowl, cover and refrigerate.
- For the bread: Grease an 8 1/2x4-inch loaf pan and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Set aside.
- (*If using traditional dry active yeast, proof the yeast in your warm milk, rather than adding with the flour). In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a kneading hook, add 2 cups of the flour, the yeast and salt. Heat the milk to lukewarm in a small saucepan or in a bowl in the microwave. Add the maple syrup and melted butter and stir to combine. Stir in the egg (*make sure your mixture isn't so hot it might cook the egg!). Add this mixture to the bowl with the flour and mix to combine.

- Add 2 oz of butter to be used for the filling to a small sauce pan and let it cook over medium heat. It will bubble rapidly as the water is boiling off. Once the bubble starts to subside, whisk constantly to prevent the milk solid from burning. The butter will start to turn a caramel color and smell nutty. Turn the heat off at this point and allow to cool.
- Add milk and butter in a heat proof bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir to dissolve the butter and check the temperature with a thermometer to ensure it is below 110°F. Let cool if necessary.

- In a small saucepan or microwave, heat the milk until warm, about 100-110 degrees F if you have a thermometer (should only be warm to the touch, it should not to be hot). In a small bowl, add warm milk and package of yeast (do not stir), cover with a towel, and let sit for 5-10 minutes or until foamy.
- Stir to dissolve the yeast and add to mixing bowl of electric mixer (fitted with whisk attachment). Add the beaten egg, melted butter, maple syrup, and salt. Beat on medium speed until combined.
- Add half of the flour (1.5 cups) and beat on medium for 1 minute. Stir in remaining flour by hand. Shape into a ball (will be pretty sticky and not smooth).
- Grease a mixing bowl with canola or vegetable oil, and add ball of dough, turning it a few times to ensure the dough is greased. Cover the bowl with a towel and set in a warm place until dough is doubled in size (45 minutes to 1 hour). Note: Yeast loves a wet, warm environment, so I like to place a 9x13 pan of hot water on the bottom rack of my oven and place the covered bowl on the middle rack and close the door.
