Quick Brownie Mix Food

QUICK AND EASY BROWNIES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
• Combine the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Decorate with walnut halves, if desired.
• Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with crumbs, not wet. Cool on wire rack.

BROWNIE MIX

Steps:

• In a 1 quart or 1 liter jar, layer the ingredients in the order listed. Pack down firmly after each addition.
• Attach a note with the following instructions: Brownie Mix 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch square pan. 2. In a large bowl, stir together 2 eggs, 2/3 cup oil, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in the contents of the jar, and mix well. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. 3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the brownies comes out clean. Cool, and cut into squares.

QUICK BROWNIE MIX

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months., Brownie Mix may be used to prepare the following recipes (also found in Recipe Finder): Fudge Sauce, Walnut Brownies, Brownie Crinkles and Brownie Snack Cake.

CHOCOLATE BROWNIE QUICK BREAD

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350° and grease and flour a 9x5" loaf pan.
• Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
• Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
• Add sugars and mix well.
• Blend in eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
• Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and add to batter.
• Mix well and stir in walnuts.
• Spread into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• Cool completely before slicing.

QUICK AND EASY BROWNIES

Steps:

• set oven for 350 degrees.
• melt margarine or butter in microwave for 45 seconds.
• mix Eggs, Sugar, Flour, Vanilla, and cocoa powder.
• add margarine (or butter) and mix.
• Bake for 23 minutes.

5 - MINUTE BROWNIES

Steps:

• Melt butter until soft but NOT runny.
• Cream butter and sugar in a large boal.
• Add eggs and vanilla to the sugar cream. Mix well until smooth.
• In a separate boal (Small or medium boal will work), stir flour and cocoa- powder thgeather.
• Add flour mix to egg mix.
• Grease a glass pie pan, coat with sugar.
• Pour you brownie mix into your pie pan.
• Microwave for 41/2 - 5 minutes.
• Let sit until cool and eat.
