Steps:
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool under cold running water, and peel. Cut the eggs in half, and place the yolks in a bowl. Reserve the whites.
- Mix the wasabi mayonnaise, salad dressing, relish, mustard, garlic salt and pepper into the yolks. Spoon into the awaiting egg white halves. Sprinkle paprika over the top. Refrigerate until serving.

- Place eggs in a medium saucepan; add cold water to cover by 1 inch. Bring to a rolling boil. Remove pan from heat; cover, and let stand 13 minutes. Drain, and run eggs under cold water to cool them.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, shallot, and hot sauce.
- Peel eggs, and halve lengthwise; remove yolks, leaving whites intact. Transfer yolks to bowl with mayonnaise mixture, and season with salt and pepper. Mash with a fork until smooth.
- Mound yolk mixture into whites. Sprinkle with paprika just before serving, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 8 hours.

Steps:
- Boil the eggs.Bring water to a boil and add the eggs.Cook for 12 minutes( water should cover eggs)
- Place the eggs in ice bath or simply cold water and let chill 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and slice lengthwise. Scoop yolks in separate bowl and place the eggs whites on extra plate.
- Add all the other ingredients (except paprika powder) to the yolks and mix until creamy.
- Scoop mixture into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika powder and enjoy ! - to make it look extra nice you can use a pastry bag to fill the eggs.
CREAMY DEVILED EGGS
Steps:
- Mash 6 hard-boiled egg yolks, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon each smooth mustard, Worcestershire sauce and white wine vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, the juice of 1/2 lemon, some hot sauce and salt. Beat 1/4 cup cream to soft peaks; fold into the yolks. Dust the whites with paprika, then fill with the yolk mixture. Top with scallions.

- In a large pot, place eggs and cover with cold water. Cook on medium high heat until water comes to a boil. Turn off heat, cover pot with lid and let sit for 13 minutes. Uncover, drain and rinse with cold water. Let eggs cool completely.
- Peel eggs making sure no shell remains. Cut eggs in half, remove yolks and place in medium size bowl. Place whites on serving platter. Mash yolks with a fork to a small crumble. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.

- Bringing water to a rolling boil, carefully place eggs into the water for 1 minute. Turn off the stovetop and allow the eggs to sit in the water for 10 minutes. See the recipe notes below for additional cooking times.
- Carefully remove the eggs, deshell, rinse and place the eggs into a bowl.
- Fry bacon and place unto a paper towel to drain off any excess oil.
- Chop bacon into small bite-size pieces.
- Using a fork mash the eggs and add all of the ingredients and combine.
- Add egg salad to your favorite type of bread or cracker.

- Pour water and vinegar in the Instant Pot insert. Next, place eggs into an egg steamer basket and place the basket inside the insert.
- Close lid, lock and turn the valve to the sealing position. Press manual high pressure, and set timer for 5 minutes.

- Peel your eggs.
- Slice vertically down the center.
- Empty yolks into a medium-sized bowl, setting aside the egg halves.

- Using a large enough pot that your eggs will sit flat in one layer, fill pot with enough cold water to cover eggs once they are placed in the pot. Bring the pot to a boil. Turn the heat down to a strong simmer and carefully lower eggs into the water. Using a tool called a mesh skimmer or a slotted spoon makes it easy, but use what you have.
- When eggs are in pan, add vinegar and salt. Set cooking time for 15 minutes. While eggs are cooking, prepare an ice bath
- Fill a large bowl with ice and water. When eggs are done cooking, plunge cooked eggs into the ice bath. Chill until cold. Peel right away or refrigerate them for a day or two until ready to use.
