1/2 cup olive oil or vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Add canned pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and oil to a mixing bowl and beat to combine
  • Add the yellow cake mix and beat until combined
  • Grease a loaf pan and pour the pumpkin bread batter in

Quick and easy pumpkin bread recipe with maple glaze, homemade with simple ingredients. Starts off with cake mix. Perfect dessert for Fall and Thanksgiving parties!

2 Eggs (Large)
1 can Pumpkin puree (15 oz. can)
1 box Spice cake mix
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice (Optional)
1/4 cup Maple syrup (Not pancake syrup!)
1 cup Powdered sugar

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together eggs and pumpkin puree until smooth.
  • Add cake mix and pumpkin pie spice and mix until just combined. Don't Over-mix.
  • Pour batter in a greased and floured loaf pan (Dimensions: 9x5).
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes or until an inserted toothpick in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool down at room temperature.
  • While the bread is cooling, prepare the maple glaze by mixing together maple syrup and powdered sugar in small bowl until smooth and glossy.
  • When the bread has cooled down completely, drizzle some maple glaze on top or you can pour it on top too.
  • Let the glaze set for a 5-10 minutes and then slice and enjoy!

1 box Duncan Hines Perfectly Moist Spice Cake Mix (15.25 ounce)
1 cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Add the vanilla pudding, pumpkin puree, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice into a bowl. Mix well to combine.
  • Add in the spice cake mix and mix until just blended. Overmixing the batter will cause the middle to sink in more. Mix in the chocolate chips if using.
  • Grease a 9x5 loaf pan and scoop the pumpkin bread batter into the pan.
  • Place in the oven and cook for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the pumpkin bread cool for at least 10 minutes then remove from the loaf pan.

2 cups canned pumpkin
3 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350.
  • in a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, water, vegetable oil and eggs.
  • Beat until well mixed.
  • Measure the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, nutmeg and cloves into a separate bowl and stir until combined.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, beating until smooth.

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan with parchment paper (see Cook's Note), leaving a 2-inch overhang on the 2 longer sides.
  • Whisk together the pumpkin pie mix and eggs in a large bowl until smooth. Whisk in the spice cake mix until just combined and no lumps remain.

140g clear honey
1 large egg , beaten
250g raw peeled pumpkin , or butternut squash, coarsely grated (about 500g/1lb 2oz before peeling and seeding)
100g light muscovado sugar
350g self-raising flour
1 tbsp ground ginger
2 tbsp demerara sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/gas 4/ fan 160C. Butter and line the base and two long sides of a 1.5kg loaf tin with a strip of baking paper.
  • Mix the butter, honey and egg and stir in the pumpkin or squash. Then mix in the sugar, flour and ginger.
  • Pour into the prepared tin and sprinkle the top with the demerara sugar. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until risen and golden brown. Leave in the tin for 5 minutes, then turn out and cool on a wire rack. Serve thickly sliced and buttered.
