¾ cup almond milk, or more as needed
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ frozen banana
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Steps:

  • Place almond milk, pumpkin puree, banana, protein powder, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender. Blend until smooth, 15 to 30 seconds. If mixture is too thick, add more almond milk or water to achieve desired consistency.

1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/3 cup almond milk
1 Tablespoon almond butter
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup crushed ice (( you can add more if needed))

Steps:

  • Add all of your ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into a cup or bowl and serve.

  • Spoon pumpkin puree into a resealable bag and freeze, 8 hours to overnight.
  • Remove pumpkin from freezer and allow to soften at room temperature, 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Pour milk into the blender; add pumpkin, banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth, about 3 minutes.
