PULL APART PIZZA
We're huge Notre Dame fans, and we tailgate. A lot! This is one of those recipe that is a sure fit hit with the kids and the adults. Sometimes we get crazy and add other "pizza" type ingredients like olives, or peppers, but mainly we stay with the original pizza pull apart bread-it seems to be a good luck charm for our team! -Dana Elliot, Taste of Home Culinary Specialist

Steps:
- Cut breadsticks into quarters or pizza dough into small pieces. Remove pepperoni from package and cut into smaller pieces; save remainder for another use. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss so oil is spread evenly., Spread mixture in greased 13x9-in. baking dish or fluted tube pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until top is brown. Be sure center is thoroughly cooked; if not, continue baking and check every 5 minutes until done. Flip pizza onto serving plate and serve with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll dough; separate into 2 rectangles. Place 1 dough rectangle on sprayed cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle pepperoni and mozzarella cheese evenly over dough. Top with remaining dough rectangle. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350°F. for 17 to 25 minutes or until breadsticks are golden brown. Pull breadsticks apart along perforations; serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

PIZZA PULL-APARTS
This is something my 3 year old son and I came up with and he named. We make these for lunch about once a week and he loves to help. It's completely kid-friendly, easy, inexpensive and yummy! You can top it with any of your favorite pizza toppings.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray 9-inch pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and arrange in pie pan.
- Spread pizza sauce over biscuits (use more or less to your liking).
- Top with shredded cheese (can also use a combo of mozzarella and cheddar, or whatever your favorites are) and desired pizza toppings.
- Bake for 14-17 minutes or until biscuits are done.

You'll want to triple this recipe for those sports fans. Make ahead & freeze well wrapped in foil, they'll keep for a couple of months. To serve the frozen pizza sticks preheat oven to 300f, place frozen sticks on a non stick baking sheet and bake for5-8 minutes Either way fresh or frozen they are good

- Heat oven to 300F, Place bread sticks about an inch apart on a baking sheet, foil lined and lightly sprayed with veggie oil In a bowl mix tomatoe paste, water, oil, chili (if using)& pepper, mix well Brush the tops of the bread sticks with this mixture.
- Sprinkle the sticks with the oregano, basil and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake bread sticks until heated through 3-5 minutes and the cheese has melted Cool 1 minute& serve warm.

- Preheat the oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
- On a cutting board, divide the dough into 10 equal balls.
- Begin rolling a ball of dough into a 6-inch (15-cm) tube and flatten until the strip of dough is about ⅛-inch (⅓-cm)thick. Place 5 pieces of string cheese on the strip of dough, spacing about ½ an inch ( 1 ¼-cm) apart. Pull up the dough to wrap around the pieces of mozzarella and seal together. Roll the cheese-stuffed tube of dough to close any remaining holes in the dough. Repeat with the dough and cheese.
- On a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, arrange 5 of the tubes of dough horizontally. Weave in the remaining tubes of dough vertically between the horizontal tubes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, and Parmesan. Brush the mixture all over the dough.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately, with marinara sauce for dipping.
