Potluck Spaghetti Tuna Salad Food

POTLUCK SPAGHETTI TUNA SALAD RECIPE

Steps:

• Boil pasta per package instructions and cool.
• Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Set aside.
• Drain tuna and black olives. Mix together in large mixing bowl.
• Add green onions, tomatoes, basil, parsley, spaghetti noodles (cooked and cooled) and toss together with tuna and black olives. Mix in olive oil mixture.
• Serve!

POTLUCK SPAGHETTI SALAD

Steps:

• Cook spaghetti according to directions; rinse in cold water and drain.
• In a large bowl mix together spaghetti and vegetables.
• In a small bowl mix together all the remaining ingredients.
• Pour dressing over the spaghetti mixture.
• Toss to coat.
• Refrigerate overnight.
• Toss before serving.

TUNA SPAGHETTI SALAD

Steps:

• Put on a large pot of salted water to boil; cook spaghetti until al dente stage; drain well and set aside.
• Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together oil, garlic, hot pepper flakes and salt and pepper until well combined.
• Stir in tomatoes, roasted peppers (you can substitute raw red bell peppers if you wish, but the taste will be a little different; still good, just different), tuna and olives (I use greek kalamata olives).
• Next, stir in parsley and basil (do not substitute dried) and green onions.
• Add the well-drained spaghetti to bowl and thoroughly combine with sauce.
• Taste; add more salt and pepper if you wish.
• This is best served either warm or at room temperature; if you wish to make it ahead of time, cover well and refrigerate, but bring it back to room temp before you serve it.

TUNA PASTA SALAD

Steps:

• Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool the pasta. Let stand 5 minutes.
• Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, parsley, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the pasta, tuna, peas, celery, bell pepper, and onion. Gently fold together until well coated, making sure not to break up the tuna too much.
• Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Spoon into a serving bowl lined with lettuce leaves. Top with chips just before serving.

BEST POTLUCK PASTA SALAD

Steps:

• Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
• Rince with cold water; drain again.
• In a large bowl combine, pasta, squash, peas, sweet pepper, cheese, olives tomatoes, onion, and oregano.
• Add dressing to pasta mixture; toss gently to coat.
• Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
