POTATO CASSEROLE

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes. Place the potatoes and salt in a pressure cooker with water to cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer the potatoes until very tender, about 5 minutes. (If you do not have a pressure cooker, boil the potatoes in a pot of water with a pinch of salt until tender, about 20 minutes.)
- While the potatoes boil, cook the bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the bacon on paper towels and, when cool enough to handle, crumble it into small pieces. Set aside.
- Add the milk, mayonnaise, sour cream, butter, garlic salt, pepper and 1 cup of the cheese to a stand mixer with a paddle attachment. Whip the mixture until thoroughly combined. Drain the potatoes and add to the mixer. Mix again to combine and the potatoes are whipped smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and remaining 1 cup cheese over the top and bake until the cheese is melted and the casserole is heated through, about 20 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel film at corners of both containers to vent. Heat both containers in microwave for 4 minutes. Place warmed potatoes in a large bowl and stir in the sour cream.
- Spread half of the potato/sour cream mixture in a 9x13 non-stick baking dish. Top with 1 cup of the cheese and sprinkle the bacon pieces on top. Top with a single layer of 12 wonton wrappers. Spread the remaining half of the potato mixture on top of the wonton layer. Finish with a second, single layer of the wonton wrappers. Sprinkle wontons with the remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for the final 10 minutes.

- Brown and drain 1 lb hot Italian sausage.
- Saute red peppers and onions until tender.
- Place thawed hash browns in a greased 13x9 baking dish.
- Cover Hash browns evenly with sausage, red peppers and onions.
- Cover all with the entire jar of Ragu Roasted Garlic Parmesan sauce.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.

- Brown thin strips of bacon in large skillet til golden & crispy. Remove bacon to paper towel lined plate.
- In the same skillet saute the onion until it begins to soften and then add the cabbage & cook until the cabbage is tender but not mushy.

- To prepare dumplings, cook cabbage in boiling water 1 minute or until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again. Cool and chop.
- Place mushrooms in a small bowl and cover with boiling water. Cover and let stand 30 minutes or until tender. Drain mushrooms and chop.
- Combine cabbage, mushrooms, 1/4 cup green onions, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, and next 7 ingredients (through egg white) in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
- Working with 1 gyoza skin at a time (cover remaining gyoza skins to prevent drying), spoon 2 teaspoons dumpling mixture into center of each skin. Moisten edges of gyoza skin with water. Fold in half, pinching edges together to seal. Place dumpling, seam side up, on a baking sheet sprinkled with remaining 1 teaspoon cornstarch (cover loosely with a towel to prevent drying). Repeat procedure with remaining gyoza skins and filling.
- Heat 1 tablespoon canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 12 dumplings to pan and cook 3 minutes. Add 1/3 cup water. Reduce heat, and simmer 3 minutes or until water evaporates. Repeat procedure with remaining canola oil, dumplings, and water.
- To prepare the sauce, combine 3 tablespoons chopped ginger and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve sauce with dumplings.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
- To prepare the cheese sauce, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in milk, and stir constantly until thickened. Mix in Cheddar cheese and Swiss cheese, and continue to stir until smooth. Reduce heat to low.
- Layer potatoes in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer onion and ham over potatoes. Top with cauliflower. Cover with the cheese sauce.
- Bake covered 1 hour in the preheated oven. Remove cover, sprinkle with crushed cornflakes, and continue baking 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender and surface is bubbly and lightly browned. Allow to cool about 10 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Place whole potatoes in their skins into a large pot of boiling water; cook for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove potatoes, and discard water. When cool enough to handle, peel potatoes, and grate into a medium bowl.
- Melt 1/4 cup butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in soup; cook until soup begins to bubble. Remove from stove, and mix in sour cream, green onion, and cheese. Stir in potatoes. Pour mixture into casserole dish.
- In a resealable bag, shake together the cornflake crumbs and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
