- Cut sausage lengthwise in half, then crosswise into slices. Cook in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Add potatoes and chicken broth; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium heat 5 min. Stir in broccoli; cook, covered, 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Top with cheese; cook, covered, 2 to 3 min. or until melted.

- Cut sausage links into bite-size pieces. In a covered skillet, cook sausage in water and oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove sausage with a slotted spoon and keep warm. Carefully add potatoes, red pepper and onion to pan. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Uncover; cook 5-6 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. Return sausage to pan; heat through.

- 1. In a skillet, fry potatoes in oil. Place in paper towel and set aside.
- 2. In the same skillet, fry sausage. Set aside.
- 3. Still using the same skillet, saute onion and chicken breast chunks.
- 4. Add water and chicken sauce. Mix gently. Simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
- 5. Add pre-fried potatoes and sausage. Stir in broccoli. Simmer for another 3 minutes or until potatoes and broccoli florets are cooked.
- 6. Add red bell pepper. Simmer for another minute.
- 7. Serve hot with rice.

- Heat a skillet (we prefer cast iron) on medium high heat. Add butter and olive oil. Heat until bubbly.
- Add sausage and potatoes. Continue to cook, stirring often, until sausage and potatoes develop brown crust. Add salt and pepper to your liking.

- Heat 1/2 Tablespoon oil in a large, 12"+ skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage then brown, breaking it up as it cooks. Scoop onto a plate then set aside.
- Turn heat down a touch then add remaining 2 Tablespoons oil to the skillet. Add sweet potato noodles and broccoli then saute, tossing gently with tongs, until the noodles are almost al dente, about 5 minutes. Add garlic then saute until fragrant, 30 seconds. Add chicken broth then continue to saute until noodles are al dente/crisp tender, 1-2 minutes.
