Steps:
- 1. Place tenderloin in center of large sheet of tin foil. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over meat.
- 2. Seal securely in aluminum foil. Place in shallow pan and bake for 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees F.
- 3. Cut meat into 1-inch slices. Pour soup-gravy over slices of meat.

Steps:
- 1. Trim and clean tenderloin. Rub generously with Dijon mustard. Combine soy sauce, whiskey and brown sugar to make marinade. Marinate pork in marinade for 2 to 3 hours. Drain, reserving marinade. Rub pork with Dijon mustard (again) and roll in sesame seeds to coat. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender. Baste while baking. Slice on the diagonal. Serve with sauce. Sauce Combine: 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayo 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 4 tbsp. chopped green onion juice of one lemon pepper to taste

PORK TENDERLOIN WITH RASPBERRY SAUCE
Pork tenderloin is baked and then sauteed in a mixture of shallots, garlic, white wine and vinegar, whisked with mustard and raspberry preserves for a great combination of savory and sweet. The sauce really compliments the pork and this is impressive enough for company, but quick enough to put together for a weeknight meal. This is great served with wild rice and steamed asparagus.

Steps:
- Heat butter in an oven proof saucepan. Add tenderloin and quickly brown on all sides. Transfer tenderloin to oven and take in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Return saucepan to stove top; remove tenderloin and keep warm. Add shallots and garlic to drippings in pan and saute til transparent. Deglaze pan by adding wine and vinegar all at once. Boil until mixture is thickened. Add preserves and cook on medium heat until mixture is thick and glossy. Whisk in mustard, making sure sauce is well combined. Remove from heat. Slice the meat and transfer to plates; drizzle sauce over and serve.

Steps:
- Mix the first 9 ingredients together.
- Wrap the tenderloin with bacon. Place in a container.
- Pour the marinade mixture over the tenderloins. Cover.
- Refrigerate overnight, turning the tenderloins once.
- Place tenderloins on a rack in a roasting pan.
- Pour the marinade over the tenderloins.
- Roast for 2 hours at 300 degrees, basting with marinade every 20 minutes.
- Pork is well done at 170 degrees.
- Time does not include refrigerating overnight.

- Heat oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and onions; cook until evenly browned. Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Remove pork and vegetables and place on a side dish.
- Return pan to heat, add butter and stir until melted. Add flour; stir constantly until a paste forms. Slowly add milk and stir until gravy thickens.
