1 tablespoon canola oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 medium sweet onions, sliced and separated into rings
1 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water

Steps:

  • In a large nonstick skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium heat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer to an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. , In the drippings, saute onions until tender. Spoon over chops; add broth. Cover and bake at 325° for 10-15 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°. Remove pork chops and onions; keep warm. Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving., In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir in pan juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with pork and onions.

2 cups flour
3 large bell peppers, of different colors
1 medium yellow onion
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon all seasoned pepper

Steps:

  • Pour vegetable oil in large skillet, enough to just cover bottom, put heat on med high.
  • Roll pork chops in flour pressing to knead flour into chop as much as possible.
  • Lay chops into skillet to fry. (pork chop should sizzle just a little as you put it in.).
  • Sprinkle with season salt, seasoned pepper and garlic powder to your taste.
  • Turn chops over and repeat. Cook till done all the way thru.

Steps:

2 teaspoons olive oil
1 large red pepper, cut into julienne strips
1 large yellow pepper, cut into julienne strips
1 onion, cut into julienne strips
1 can chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
water, to make paste (about 2-3 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
salt and pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • Trim any excess fat from the crops.
  • Heat olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  • Brown pork chops in oil, cook until barely done.
  • Remove pork chops from pan, add peppers and onions to pan and cook until crisp tender.
  • Return pork chops to pan, add chicken broth, wine and vinegar to pan and stir, reduce heat and cover.

cooking oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 large sweet yellow onion (sliced)
1/3 cup salted butter (sliced)

Steps:

  • Start by setting a skillet on the stove top over medium high heat. When the pan is hot just enough cooking oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Brown the pork chops on both sides, don't worry about cooking through the slow cooker will do that. Set aside for now.
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and red pepper flakes in to the slow cooker, stir together with something that won't scratch your slow cooker.
  • Add the browned pork chops, then add the onions and butter slices.
  • Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time.
  • Serve and enjoy!

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • Dust the pork chops on both sides with the flour; season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until golden brown, 4 minutes. Flip; cook until lightly golden on the other side, 2 more minutes. Remove to a plate.
  • Reduce the heat to medium high; heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in the skillet. Add the bell peppers, onion, chopped garlic, pepperoncini, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper.
