Steps:
- Pop the bag of popcorn and remove the unpopped kernels.
- Place the white chocolate candy melts in microwave safe bowl or glass measuring cup.
- Microwave candy melts for 30 seconds then stir, repeat in 10-20 second intervals until melted and smooth. It only took about a minute total in my microwave.
- Drizzle over the bowl of popped popcorn and toss to coat, use your hands if necessary to ensure a nice coating. Then spread the coated popcorn out onto a large serving platter (or a baking tray/cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or wax paper , if you are going to bag the popcorn up after). Toss on a few holiday sprinkles. They will adhere while the candy is still warm.
- Melt each of the drizzle packs and drizzle over the platter of popcorn, immediately top with more sprinkles and a generous amount of the Christmas M & Ms.
- Allow the Christmas popcorn to cool before serving or packaging for later use.

POPCORN SNACK MIX (NO NUTS)
Adapted from Go for your life, I wanted a toddler friendly snack mix that would kind of fit the Halloween theme. I came up with this colourful combo. I also added some "Cocoa rocks" to this which added to the effect to look like stones. The kids devoured this at playgroup. You could also adapt this to fit the xmas theme by substituting apricots for dried cherries and adding some dried kiwi, dried peas or a lolly such as mint leaves or green smarties or M+M's.

MELTED SNOWMAN POPCORN SNACK MIX | JUST 5 EASY INGREDIENTS!

- Place the Popcorn on a Large Pan and Drizzle with Melted White Chocolate. You’ll begin by placing the popcorn onto a large cookie sheet. For easy clean-up, I would recommend adding a sheet of waxed or parchment paper to the bottom of the pan.
- Add the Orange Candy-Coated Chocolates. Next, add the orange chocolates. These fun little orange candies not only add a little extra color to the popcorn, but represent the “carrot nose” of the melted snowman.
- Add Chocolate Chips. The chocolate chips represent the “coal” on the snowman, and add a fantastic chocolate flavor to the snack mix. I used the larger dark-chocolate chips, but any size or sweetness will work well.
- Add Pretzel Sticks. The last ingredient you’ll add to this fun popcorn snack mix are the mini-pretzel sticks. These represent the “stick arms” of the snowman, and also add a great crunch to the snack mix.
- Let Come to Room Temperature and Enjoy. The last step to making this yummy popcorn snack mix is to simply let the white chocolate come to room temperature.

- In a large roasting pan, or very large bowl, mix all ingredients except the M&M's, sprinkles, and candy melts. Do not over fill your dish, you will need room to toss the ingredients together. You may need to make the mix in two batches (if you don't have a large enough bowl).
- Melt white chocolate (or candy melts) in a microwave safe dish (at 50% power) in 30 second intervals until almost melted. Stir until completely melted and smooth. Use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate over the dish of snacks. Mix as needed to coat. It's up to you if you want the mix to be totally coated, or lightly coated (depending on the amount of melted chocolate you use). Stir to combine.
- Spread the snack mixture out onto a baking sheet (or two if needed). While the white chocolate (or candy melts) are still melty, sprinkle M&M candies and sprinkles on top of snack mix.
- If desired, melt colored candy melts (in the microwave at 50% power in 30 second intervals or less). This can be done in a thick plastic piping bag or thick ziplock type bag. Snip off one corner of bag and drizzle over the snack mix.
