- Steep loose tea (or tea bags) in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea (or remove tea bags) and pour into a large pitcher. Stir in pomegranate juice (or nectar) and cold water. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. Serve over ice with lemon wedges, if desired.

CRANBERRY POMEGRANATE ICED TEA RECIPE
Steps:
- Pour the lemon juice into a 2 liter pitcher.
- Add the cranberry pomegranate green tea bags.
- Pour boiling water over the tea bags. Allow the tea to stand for 4 to 6 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags from the pitcher. Stir in the honey.
- Add ice cubes. Serve Cranberry Pomegranate Iced Tea cold.
- ** Throw in a few lemon slices and/or mint leaves to add extra flavor.
POMEGRANATE ICED TEA
This mocktail can be made with freshly squeezed juice from a pomegranate or by using Pomegranate Juice. To juice the pomegranate, cut it in half (as you would a grapefruit) and juice using a citrus reamer or a juicer. Pour mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer or sieve. One large pomegranate will produce about 1/2 cup of juice. I got this from a pomegranate site.
