EASY POMEGRANATE SMOOTHIE
This tasty pomegranate smoothie is one of the best ways to use those bright pink seeds! It's loaded with flavor, nutrients, and protein.

Steps:
- Place the pomegranate seeds in the blender and blend for a few seconds until mostly liquified.
- Add the remaining ingredients in a blender, breaking the banana into pieces. Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Eat immediately or store 1 day in a sealed jar; if it separates, shake to re-integrate it.

Steps:
- Place the pomegranate juice, blueberries, yogurt, honey and ice in a blender. Turn on high and blend until smooth. Serve in a reusable to-go cup.;

Steps:
- Blend 1 cup blueberries, 3/4 cup each beet juice and pomegranate juice, 1 cup ice, and honey to taste.

Steps:
- To a blender, add the ice, yogurt and pomegranate martini. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled martini glasses and garnish with raspberries.

This is a great Smoothie! Also contains complete vitamins and protien for a meal. I developed it for my mother who suffers from MS. She can't swallow much, and this smoothis goes down easy! :)

Steps:
- Put ice, berries, and frozen yogurt in blender. Pulse the blender a couple of times to break down the berries and frozen yogurt a little. This will make it easier to blend completely later.
- Pour in all other ingredients.
- Blend until smooth. making sure all ice is broken down.
- Pour into a glass, add a straw( very important!:) ) and serve!
