Steps:
- Open each cookie then place 2 marshmallows into position for 'ears'. Press cookie back together, squeezing the edge of the marshmallow in between the two cookies and securing the 'ears' in place. Repeat with remaining cookies.
- Remove 12 perfectly-shaped candy melts from the package then set aside. Melt the remaining candies according to package directions. Lay a sheet of parchment or wax paper nearby to place cookies once they've been dipped. When the candies are melted, dip cookies one at a time, coating them completely.
- Remove the cookie carefully from the melted candy using a fork then gently tap fork on the side of the bowl to smooth the surface and let excess candy fall off. Try to position the cookie on the fork such that the 'ears' are supported by the fork while you tap so they don't fall into the candy. Transfer dipped cookies to parchment paper and repeat until no cookies remain.
- Before the candy sets completely, place a reserved (un-melted) candy disc on the cookie to form a muzzle on the bear. Press lightly into place so the melted candy forms a ridge around the disc. This adds a fun little facial feature to the polar bears. Let bears set until firm but reserve at least a teaspoon of the dipping mixture to use to adhere the noses.
- Once the cookies have set, re-melt the reserved candy coating to use as 'glue' to adhere the candy noses in place. Use a dot of decorating gel to create eyes. If you would like to add a mouth, you can do that as well. Once the nose is firmly adhered, serve these cute little guys up!

POLAR BEAR (SHOT)
The Polar Bear is one of my favourite shots... like a peppermint patty, smooth and refreshing. I had no idea it was so simple to make until my friend put it together during one of our Group Naps. What is a GN? Well, to have a very successful Group Nap, all you need are your best friends, many plush blankets all around you in preferably a variety of colours and textures, lots of chocolate and candy and a few Polar Bear shots. Turn on some Mr. Bean or Family Guy, sip or throw back some Polar Bears, indulge in some chocolates and have the best nap you've ever had. Life does not get much better than that!

Steps:
- Lay out a sheet of parchment or wax paper to lay the cookies on once dipped.
- Choose lighter coloured candy coated chocolates for the ears and fun brighter, blue, brown, red and purple for the noses.
- Select 12 nice looking white candy melts for the muzzle and set aside. Melt the rest of the package.
- Slide the "ears" into place in between the cookies into the filling and dip the cookies in the melted white candy. Using a fork lift the cookie out and gently bang the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate. Lay the cookie on the parchment. Place the candy melt on as the muzzle and press in gently to form a ridge around the muzzle. Paint a small amount of the white chocolate candy melts onto the "nose" and place it higher up on the muzzle. When the cookies are dried, use the black icing to dot on the eyes. Let dry completely before storing in a sealed container.

Steps:
- Place butter in a large bowl and cream until smooth with an electric mixer. Add cream cheese and beat until thoroughly combined. Mix in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla and salt until thoroughly combined. Pour in heavy cream and beat until frosting is smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Take 1 baked and cooled cupcake and frost with cream cheese frosting, making as even a layer as possible. Sprinkle coconut over the top of the frosting, and shake off any excess.
- Take 1 mini marshmallow and cut it in half horizontally using scissors or kitchen shears. Place one half of the marshmallow cut-side down in the center of the top of the cupcake, and press gently into the frosting to adhere. Take 1 black sugar pearl sprinkle and attach to the middle of the marshmallow half using a small amount of frosting; thus creating the nose and muzzle. Take 2 black sugar pearl sprinkles and place above the nose on each side for the eyes. Press gently into frosting to adhere. Take 2 whole mini marshmallows and place at the top of the cupcake on each side to create ears. Repeat with remaining cupcakes.
