- In a small sauté pan place onions and bell peppers with two tea spoons of olive oil. Sauté' until golden brown then place in a small bowl and set aside. Next take 6 rice cakes two at a time and place on a microwave safe plate and top with; sauce, cheese, bell pepper, olives, onions, turkey pepperoni, and parmesan cheese. Bake in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes then serve with salad!

- Zwiebel in feine Streifen schneiden, Knoblauch hacken. Öl in eine heiße, tiefe Pfanne, einen Wok oder einen Topf geben, Zwiebel und Knoblauch bei mittlerer Hitze 1 Minute anschwitzen.
- Mit 500 ml Wasser ablöschen, Gochujang und Gochugaru darin auflösen, Reiscakes unterrühren, aufkochen und 5 Minuten bei niedriger Hitze köcheln lassen. Ab und zu umrühren.
- Währenddessen Frühlingszwiebel diagonal in etwa 1 cm dicke Scheiben, Weißkraut in dünne Streifen schneiden. Unter die Reiscakes heben und weitere fünf Minuten schmoren lassen.
- Mit Essig und Sesamöl abschmecken und mit fein geschnittenen Gurkenstreifen und Sesam getoppt servieren.
