THE BEST PEACH COBBLER
In our classic southern-style peach cobbler, we layer the fruit on top of the batter before baking. In the oven, the sweet batter rises through the peaches, creating a light and airy cake-like topping. We left the peaches unpeeled, which adds a nice color and makes the recipe even easier. Serve it with vanilla ice cream for the perfect summer dessert.

Steps:
- For the filling: Put the peaches, sugar, cinnamon, salt and lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved and the peach juices begin to boil. Lower to a simmer and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- For the batter: Put the butter in a 2-quart baking dish and place it in the oven while it preheats. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Stir the vanilla into the milk in a liquid measuring cup. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while whisking until well combined.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and pour the batter in an even layer over the melted butter. Spoon the peaches along with their juices evenly over the top of the batter. Bake until the cobbler is golden brown on top and the peach juices are bubbling, 35 to 45 minutes.
- Let cool to room temperature before serving.
WHITE CLAM PIZZA
Provided by Food Network Kitchen
Time 30m
Yield 4 servings
Number Of Ingredients 13
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. Place a pizza stone or inverted rimmed baking sheet on the bottom rack.
- Mix the garlic and 1/4 cup olive oil in a small bowl. Knead the dough about 6 times on a lightly floured surface. Roll and stretch into a 12-inch round. Place the dough on a pizza peel, or another inverted baking sheet, dusted with cornmeal.
- Brush half of the garlic-oil over the dough; season with salt. Scatter the mozzarella and clams over the crust; drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the reserved clam juice and the remaining garlic-oil. Sprinkle with the oregano, parmesan, and salt to taste. Slip the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet (the cornmeal will help it slide off). Bake until the crust is light brown, 13 to 15 minutes.
- Just before the pizza is done, drizzle the arugula with olive oil and lemon juice. Slice the pizza; top each piece with arugula and season with red pepper flakes, if desired.

- Breadsticks. Breadsticks are a versatile snack—perfect for an appetizer at a party with a side of marinara sauce or a dinner sidekick—and they're easy to make with pizza dough.
- Buffalo Chicken Bites. Football season is a great excuse to score big with some fun-loving snacks. Claudia Sidoti, a chef and member of the ETNT advisory board, suggests using a premade pizza dough to wrap up these bites.
- Crackers. Crackers are a cheese plate's BFF. They also make a great soup companion and are a fun-loving crunch for dips. Pizza dough makes a perfect cracker, provided you roll the dough very thin.
- Cinnamon Rolls. We're on a roll, so how about cinnamon rolls? Basically, we're talking pizza dough with butter, cinnamon, and sugar and that clutch cinnamon roll ingredient, a gooey vanilla or cream cheese glaze.
- Garlic Knots. You can easily make knots at home using pizza dough, says Sidoti. Twist your dough into a knot, brush with garlic butter (simply zap some butter and minced garlic in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds), and follow with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and Italian seasoning.
