Pink Lemonade Vodka Food

PINK LEMONADE

Steps:

• Place the lemon juice, sugar, ice, water, and grenadine in a blender and process until completely smooth. Place a cherry in the bottom of 6 glasses and pour the lemon juice mixture in the glass. Serve.

PINK VODKA LEMONADE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine all of the ingredients in a large pitcher filled with ice, adding the soda last. Serve immediately.

PINKY LADY LEMONADE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Prepare pink lemonade by diluting with water per the instructions on container.
• In a glass 3/4 filled with ice,pour schnapps & vodka.
• Add lemonade and a splash of ginger ale, stir.
• Garnish with orange slice if desired.

PINK LEMONADE SHOTS

Steps:

• Halve the lemons lengthwise and gently scrape out the pulp and white pith with a spoon or melon baller. Put the rinds in muffin tins or fit them into a pan so they can be filled without tipping over.
• Put 3/4 cup cold water in a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top and let it absorb the water for 2 minutes. Bring the water just to a boil and whisk until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Remove from the heat and whisk in the sugar until dissolved.
• Transfer the gelatin mixture to a bowl and stir in the pink lemonade, cherry soda and vodka. Spoon the mixture into the lemon rinds. Refrigerate overnight.
• Carefully slice each lemon half into 2 wedges and serve.

PINK LEMONADE VODKA SLUSH

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients in a large container. Make sure the frozen lemonade is completely thawed out and mixed well.
• Place the container in the freezer for about 12 hours or until it's frozen throughout.
• To serve, scoop out some frozen slush mixture, and add some additional Sprite to serve. Garnish with a lemon slice, if desired.

PINK LEMONADE VODKA SLUSH

Steps:

• In an empty one-gallon ice cream pail, combine lemonade concentrate, vodka, and 2 liter bottle of soda. Chill at least 8 hours, overnight, or up to a month in advance.
• Remove from freezer 1 - 2 hours before serving. As the slush melts, it will become easier to scrape and serve.
• To serve, add 1 cup slush to a glass (a ladle works well). Top with additional soda as desired.

UV PINK FLAMINGO COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Gather the ingredients.
• In a cocktail shaker , pour the lemonade vodka, triple sec, and cranberry juice.
• Shake well .
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass .
• Serve and enjoy.
