PINEAPPLE BREAD
This is a great tasting loaf, fruity and nutty at the same time.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- Beat eggs slightly. Add butter and sugar. Beat smooth. Stir in pineapple and vanilla.
- In separate bowl put flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and walnuts. Stir well and pour into pineapple mixture. Stir to moisten. Pour into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- Bake in 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven for 1 hour. Test with toothpick. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool and wrap.

- Add sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
- Mix in pineapple and walnuts or pecans.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. In the prepared baking dish, layer pie filling over crushed pineapple.
- Sprinkle cake mix over the top, smoothing evenly and covering the top. Pour the melted butter or margarine over the top, covering evenly. Top with the coconuts and nuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 to 60 minutes or until brown on top and bubbly.
- ** Optional: -- omit coconut and add extra 1/2 cup of nuts -- Substitute pecans, peanuts or cashews for macadamia nuts.

Steps:
- Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl, whisk the pineapple, reserved juice, egg, milk and butter. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in walnuts., Pour into a greased 8x4-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.

- 1. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal, flour, the 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and almonds. Set aside.2. In medium mixing bowl, beat together egg whites, pineapple, milk, margarine and coconut flavoring. Add to cereal mixture, stirring only until combined. Remove 1/2 cup batter. Stir the 1 tablespoon sugar and cocoa into the 1/2 cup batter. Set aside. Spread 1/2 of remaining plain batter evenly in bottom of 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Spoon chocolate batter over plain batter. Spoon remaining plain batter over chocolate and spread to cover chocolate batter.3. Bake at 350°F about 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap to store.
