1 (18 ounce) yellow cake mix, without pudding
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges in juice
4 eggs, beaten well
1/2 cup oil
1 (3 ounce) pkge. instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
8 ounces whipped topping

Steps:

  • Combine first 4 ingredients.
  • Pour into 2-9 inch greased and floured layer cake pans.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool.
  • Combine instant pudding and crushed pineapple. Put in refrigerator for an hour. When ready to ice, fold in whipped topping.
  • Frost layers and top and sides of cake.

1 pkg. (2-layer size) pineapple, vanilla or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. orange zest
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
  • In large bowl, beat cake mix, vanilla dry pudding mix, sour cream, water, oil, eggs and orange zest with mixer until blended. Pour into greased pans.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool cakes in pans 10 min. Invert onto wire racks; gently remove pans. Cool cakes completely.
  • Whisk lemon dry pudding mix and milk together in large bowl. Fold in COOL WHIP.
  • Stack cake layers on plate, filling with half each of the COOL WHIP mixture and oranges. (Consider breaking up half the mandarin oranges and folding into the whipped topping for the middle layer). Frost top with remaining COOL WHIP mixture. Garnish with remaining oranges. Keep refrigerated.

1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, undrained
4 large egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
TOPPING:
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (8 ounces) reduced-fat whipped topping

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, oranges, egg whites and applesauce on low speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. , Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. , In a bowl, combine the pineapple and pudding mix. Fold in whipped topping just until blended. Spread over cake. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
12 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine cake mix, eggs, oranges, crushed pineapple and mayonnaise.

2 cups boiling water
16 ice cubes (about 3 cups)
1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained and cut into pieces
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
1 prepared angel food cake (8 to 10 ounces), cut into 1-inch cubes

Steps:

  • In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Stir in pineapple and oranges. Stir in sour cream until blended.   • Beat all and bake 30-45 minutes at 325 degrees in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan or two 9 inch round pans.
