- Pour almond milk in a blender jar. Add plain yogurt.
- Add mango chunks, pineapple chunks and honey.
- Add ice cubes or crushed ice. if you are using frozen fruits, skip adding ice cubes.
- Blend until fruits are well mixed and smooth. Check the consistency of smoothie. If required, add more milk to reduce thickness or add more fruits to thicken it. - Method 1. Slice the mango flesh off the stone, then slice away the skin. Scoop the mango into a large blender. Slice the top off the pineapple and halve it. Slice the skin off one half, using the tip of a small knife to scoop out any woody 'eyes' in the flesh. Roughly chop the pineapple half and add to the blender. Peel and break in 1 banana (save the other banana for later). 2. Finely grate in the lime zest and squeeze in the juice from both limes. Pour in the coconut drink and blitz until smooth and thick. 3.
