1 1/2 ounces triple sec (or other orange liquer)
1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
1 1/2 ounces cranberry juice

Steps:

Shake and strain into 2 martini glasses.
Garnish with a lime.

Steps:

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge, a pineapple slice, or both.

2 pieces fresh pineapple
1/2 ounce Cointreau liqueur
1/2 ounce vodka
1 ounce pineapple juice
3 ounces champagne
1 maraschino cherry

Steps:

Muddle the pineapple pieces and Cointreau in the bottom of a mixing glass.
Add the vodka and pineapple juice.
Stir well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Top with champagne.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
