1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
1 cup minced dill pickles
6oz gluten free corned beef, chopped (I use Buddig brand)

Steps:

  • Add cream cheese, sour cream, and dried minced onion to a large bowl then stir until smooth. Fold in pickles and corned beef then serve with chips, crudite, etc. This dip can be made up to a couple days ahead of time.
