1 pkg philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 can(s) chili with beans
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro

Steps:

1. Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable pie plate, top with chili and cheddar cheese.
2. Microwave on high 45 sec. to 1 min. or until cheddar cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with crackers.

Steps:

Combine cheese, chili and chiles in a saucepan or fondue pot. Heat over medium-low, stirring frequently, until the cheese melts. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

2 cans (2-1/4 ounces each) sliced ripe olives, drained
Tortilla chips

Steps:

In a small skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer., Transfer to a 3-qt. slow cooker. Stir in the chili, salsa, cream cheese and olives. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir before serving with tortilla chips.

Steps:
