These are so good. In my pic I did not use the peppers because my they don't agree with my husband.

1 1/2 pound(s) ground beef
8 ounce(s) sliced mushrooms
8 slice(s) provolone cheese
2 tablespoon(s) butter
1 large onion sliced
1 large red bell pepper cut into strips
1 large green bell pepper cut into strips
4 clove(s) garlic minced
- salt and pepper
1 can(s) pillsbury grands homestyle biscuits

Steps:

  • Heat oven 350 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray
  • In skillet cook beef, and mushrooms with salt and pepper. Drain and place on bottom of baking pan. Place cheese over top
  • In same pan melt the butter and saute the onions, peppers, and garlic until crisp tender. Spoon over cheese mixture.
  • Separate the biscuits into 8. Flatten the biscuits a bit. Arrange over vegetable mixture.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown on top

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef (at least 80%)
1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 slices provolone cheese
2 tablespoons margarine
2 large onions, halved and thinly sliced into wedges
2 medium red bell peppers, cut into strips
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
16 1/3 ounces pillsbury grands homestyle original biscuits

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In 12-inch skillet, cook beef, mushrooms, salt and pepper over medium-high heat 7 to 9 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Place in baking dish. Arrange cheese over beef mixture, overlapping slices if needed.
  • In same skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onions and bell peppers. Cook over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until peppers are crisp-tender. Stir in garlic; cook 1 to 2 minutes longer. Spoon over cheese in baking dish.
  • Separate dough into 8 biscuits. On lightly floured surface, pat biscuits into 5-inch circles. Arrange biscuits over vegetable mixture.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown on top.

2 large green peppers, sliced
1 large sweet onion, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 packages (12 ounces each) Hawaiian sweet rolls
1-1/2 pounds sliced deli roast beef
12 slices provolone cheese
3/4 cup butter
1-1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook green peppers and onion in oil over medium-high heat until tender, 8-10 minutes. Without separating rolls, cut each package of rolls in half horizontally; arrange bottom halves in a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Layer with roast beef, pepper mixture and cheese; replace top halves of rolls. , In a small saucepan, melt butter, dried onion, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Drizzle over rolls. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight., Preheat oven to 350°. Remove rolls from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes. Cover with foil; bake 10 minutes longer until cheese is melted.

1 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
salt or seasoning salt and pepper
3 -4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 lb pepperoni, divided
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
4 cups pasta sauce
3 -4 cups rigatoni pasta (cooked to firm-tender and drained, do not overcook the pasta)
4 cups mozzarella cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Cook the gound beef in a medium skillet with the onions, green peppers, garlic, salt pepper until meat is browned and veggies are tender; drain fat, and mix in the Parmesan cheese.
  • Stir in the 1/2-pound pepperoni (chop this pepperoni to add to the mixture, leave the remaining half pound pepperoni sliced), mushrooms, pasta sauce; stir well until combined; simmer for 20-25 minutes on top of stove.
  • Set oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the cooked rigatoni pasta on the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with 2 cups mozzarella cheese over the pasta.
  • Layer with pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
  • Top with the ground beef/pasta sauce mixture.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with the remaining 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
  • Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes longer, or until bubbly.
  • Let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
