1 package Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
32 slices pepperoni
8 teaspoons mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Lay out crescent rolls.
  • Place 4 slices of pepperoni on each (top with two) and then 1 tsp cheese on each.
  • Roll up, starting with large end first, like a crescent, and bake at 375 for 15 minutes.

1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
16 slices pepperoni, cut into quarters
2 pieces string cheese (1 ounce each), cut into quarters
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning, divided
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Steps:

  • Unroll crescent dough; separate into 8 triangles. Place 8 pepperoni pieces on each. Place a piece of cheese on the short side of each triangle; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Roll up each, starting with the short side; pinch seams to seal. Sprinkle with garlic salt and remaining Italian seasoning. , Place 2 in. apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

1 package of crescent roll refrigerated dough or you can use buttermilk biscuits
15 slices of pepperoni ( I cut them in half or you can fold them to fit each dough ball
fresh basil leaves garnishing the tree before baking
butter oil flavored cooking spray
Parmesan cheese in long shred for sprinkling on top
melted butter with a pinch of granulated garlic powder mixed together for brushing the balls after baking
optional toppings before baking: granulated garlic powder, dried oregano,, dried parsley flakes

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Unroll the crescent dough and make 15 balls
  • Arrange them on parchment paper or a Silpat mat.
  • Starting with 5 on the bottom, 4, 3, 2, 1 for the top of the tree.
  • Save a little of the dough for the base and shape the tree bottom.
  • Place a small piece of pepperoni into each ball.
  • Make sure the balls are close together.
  • Add the fresh basil leaves around the tree.
  • Spray the whole thing with butter oil spray.
  • Sprinkle with long shreds of Parmesan cheese, oregano, granulated garlic powder if desired.
  • As soon as it comes out of the oven brush the entire tree with melted butter mixed with a pinch of granulated garlic powder.
  • Bake at 350 degrees to package instructions around 10 minutes are until the tops start to get golden brown.

5 tablespoons basil pesto
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
8 -10 cherry tomatoes
2 slices cheddar cheese
5 tablespoons whipped ricotta cheese
1 egg (for egg wash)

Steps:

  • Roll out 2 sheets of puff pastry.
  • Cut into the shape of a Christmas Tree.
  • Spread basil pesto on bottom layer of pastry sheet.
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese.
  • Place top layer of tree-shaped pastry sheet down.
  • Make horizontal tree branch slices.
  • Twist the tree branches.
  • Brush egg wash (egg with water) along the tree trunk and base.
  • Lightly run a fork over tree trunk and base.
  • Bake according to the boxed direction of the puff pastry.
  • Decorate the tree with sliced cherry tomatoes, whipped ricotta cheese.
  • Using star-shaped cookie cutter, make a cheddar cheese star and set on top of the tree.
