EASY BISCUIT PIZZA RECIPE
Using refrigerator biscuits and other convenience ingredients, you can have a homemade pizza on the table in minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lightly grease 9x13 baking dish.
- Open biscuits and separate. Press biscuits into solid layer on bottom of pan. Seal edges so no spaces appear.
- Spread pizza sauce over biscuit dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over sauce.
- Dice green onions,
- Add pepperoni and green onions to top of pizza.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Flatten biscuits; layer a pepperoni slice, cheese square and another pepperoni slice on biscuit. Gather edges and pinch closed at top. Place rolls in a small greased pan. Brush tops with egg, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with warmed marinara sauce.
- Tip: to keep the top from browning too much before baking is complete, cover with tinfoil.
- Tip #2: If you prefer more filling and less dough in each roll, then cut each biscuit of dough in half lengthwise through the middle (like a hamburger bun) and make each roll using half a biscuit rather than an entire biscuit. The dough cuts best using a serrated knife (bread knife) when the dough has barely been pulled from the fridge and is still chilled. I prefer this way.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Remove biscuit dough from cans and flatten individual biscuits on a flat work surface. Stack pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese cubes over biscuits. Pull the edges of each biscuit into the middle to cover the pepperoni and cheese.

- Pre-heat the oven to 350. Lightly mist 12 cups in a standard muffin/cupcake tin with cooking spray and set aside.
- Separate the biscuits onto a cutting board and cut each one into 9 pieces (cut into thirds in each direction). Transfer the biscuit pieces into a mixing bowl and stir in the pepperoni pieces. - Cut pizza dough or biscuits into quarters (as shown in the photo)
- Cut the pepperoni into smaller pieces
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and toss (you can add a little olive oil if you need to - sometimes the biscuits stick together a little - but no more than a couple of tablespoons)
- Bake for about 30 minutes (or until the top is brown and the center is thoroughly cooked) TIP: Be sure to check it in the middle before you pull it out. If the middle is still not cooked thoroughly be sure to leave it in another 5 minutes at a time until it's done.
- Flip over on to a plate while it's still hot.
- Serve with a bowl of pizza sauce and enjoy!
