PEANUTTY GOOD LUCK SNACK

Steps:

• Place all ingredients in resealable plastic food-storage bag; seal. Shake until mixed.
• Store at room temperature up to 3 days.

PEANUTTY CHEX® SQUARES

Steps:

• Butter 9- or 8-inch square pan.
• In 3-quart saucepan, heat corn syrup and sugar just to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
• Stir in peanut butter. Gently stir in cereal and peanuts until evenly coated. Press firmly in pan. Let stand 1 hour. For squares, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows. Store loosely covered.

PARTY MIX

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the cereal, pretzels and peanuts. In a microwave, melt chips; stir until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat. Immediately spread onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets; let stand until set, about 20 minutes. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.

PB&J CHEX MIX

Steps:

• Place cereal in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine jelly, butter and corn syrup. Microwave until smooth; pour over cereal. Toss to coat., Microwave in batches on high for 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool. Stir in chips, peanuts and, if desired, strawberries. Store in an airtight container.

PEANUTTY HOT COCOA MIX

Steps:

• PLACE all ingredients in medium bowl. Whisk until evenly blended. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature until ready to use or package. Makes about 2 cups mix.
• Recipe to attach:
• Spoon 4 tablespoons of cocoa mix into mug. Add 1 cup boiling water; stir well.

SALTY SWEET PEANUTTY TREAT BARS (COOKIE MIX)

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F
• Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
• In large bowl, stir cookie base ingredients until soft dough forms.
• Spread dough in bottom of pan.
• Bake 10 minutes.
• Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, heat filling ingredients over medium-low heat 5 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until caramels are melted.
• Remove from heat.
• As soon as pan is removed from oven, press pretzels firmly into partially baked base, slightly overlapping pretzels.
• Sprinkle chopped peanuts evenly over pretzels.
• Pour caramel filling over top; spread evenly.
• Bake 20 minutes longer until caramel filling bubbles.
• Cool completely, about 2 hours.
• In small microwaveable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes or until melted.
• Dip fork into melted chocolate; drizzle chocolate over bars.
• Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chocolate is set.
• For bars, cut into 8 rows by 4 rows.
• Store covered at room temperature.

PEANUTTY BUTTERSCOTCH SNACK MIX

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine cereal, peanuts and M&M's.
• Combine chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and butter in a saucepan.
• Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth.
• Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until melted.
• Pour over cereal mixture and stir to coat evenly.
• Let cool 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Add 1 cup powdered sugar and toss to coat evenly.
• Continue to add powdered sugar and toss until all pieces are coated well.
• Store in a tightly covered container.
