- Pour about 1/3 of each type of fudge at a time into a greased 9x13 glass baking dish.
- Using a knife, swirl the two types of fudge together to make a pretty, swirled design.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate until hardened (several hours or overnight).

Steps:
- Combine the butter and peanut butter in a 4-quart microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Stir and microwave on high for 2 more minutes. (Use caution when removing this mixture from the microwave, it will be very hot.) Add the vanilla and powdered sugar to the peanut butter mixture and stir to combine with a wooden spoon. The mixture will become hard to stir and lose its sheen. Spread into a buttered 8 by 8-inch pan lined with parchment paper. Fold the excess parchment paper so it covers the surface of the fudge and refrigerate until cool, about 2 hours. Cut into 1-inch pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
This fudge is a total triple threat -- thanks to peanut butter chips, crunchy peanut butter and chopped roasted salted peanuts. Using sweetened condensed milk, makes it quick and easy to achieve a thick, fudgy texture without cooking raw sugar; no candy thermometer required! Cut the fudge into small squares and share it with family and friends as a delicious edible gift.

SUPER EASY PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
This recipe is very simple, but if you do not know how to make candy then please follow instructions precisely. I have altered the instructions after a few reviews that it was crumbly. This is not the recipes fault, it is inexperience. Proper candy making is about temperatures. 4 minutes of boiling (from the time the first small bubbles form) bring this candy up to proper fudge/softball temperature as long as you are cooking over medium heat. When in doubt, use a thermometer.

Steps:
- Prepare a 9x11 glass dish by buttering the bottom.
- In heavy bottom sauce pan combine sugar and milk.
- Measure and set aside remaining ingredients.
- Cook over MEDIUM HEAT (temperature too high will cause it to reach temperature sooner and lead to overcooking) stirring occasionally till it comes to a boil then stir constantly.
- Let boil for 4 minutes EXACTLY, over cooking leads to crumbly fudge as it has moved past softball stage and into softcrack (measure from the first sight of littlest bubbles or use a thermometer - softball stage) I use a stop watch. Remove from heat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients till all melted and smooth.
- Pour into prepared dish and refrigerate until firm.
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SWIRL FUDGE
Easy chocolate peanut butter freezer fudge! The beautiful swirled pattern on top makes this healthier, naturally sweetened fudge look amazing. Keep in mind that this fudge needs to stay cold to retain its shape, so serve it right from the freezer. Since the recipe uses coconut oil instead of butter, it's vegan as well as gluten free and paleo friendly. Recipe yields one 9x5-inch pan of fudge. I sliced mine into 1" square shapes (yielding about 32 pieces), since a little piece of this fudge goes a long way!

Steps:
- First, line the base of a 9×5-inch pan with one long piece of parchment paper, cut to fit neatly across the base but long enough to run up the short sides by about 1 inch.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups peanut butter, 1/3 cup melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Whisk until thoroughly blended. Reserve about 1/2 cup of the mixture, then pour the remaining mixture into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to distribute it evenly over the parchment paper.
- Transfer the reserved 1/2 cup peanut butter mixture back into the mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey and a dash of salt. Whisk until thoroughly blended.
- Use a spoon to dollop chocolate fudge onto the peanut butter fudge in the pan. Repeat until all of the chocolate mixture is in the pan, then drag the tip of a butter knife through the pan in a curving zig-zig pattern to make pretty swirls. Cover the top of the pan with plastic wrap and place in the freezer to firm up for at least 1 hour.
- Use a sharp knife to slice the fudge into small, 1″ pieces. Serve the fudge chilled or straight from the freezer, as these will melt quickly at room temperature. Store pieces of fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or the freezer for up to two months.

PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE SWIRL CHIFFON PIE
Now this is a wonderful peanut butter pie! It is an adaption that I have created from two pie recipes. The pretzel crumb pie shell adds another dimension to this pie. I like to prepare the pretzel crumb pie shell, bake and cool it prior to making the filling. That could be done in the morning and the filling mid-afternoon. I'm posting it here because I want to be sure I don't lose this precious recipe. The chill time isn't included in prep time.

Steps:
- Line a 20 x 20cm cake tin with baking parchment. Tip the sugar, cream, butter and glucose syrup into a large pan. Warm over a low heat to dissolve the sugar and melt the butter, stirring occasionally.
- When the sugar has dissolved, put a sugar thermometer in the mixture, making sure the end is completely covered by the syrup - if it's not, transfer the mixture to a smaller pan that's still large enough for the syrup to bubble. Turn up the heat to medium-high and bring the syrup to the boil, stirring occasionally to stop it catching. When the thermometer reaches 116C - or 'soft ball' stage, remove the pan from the heat.
- Leave the mixture to stand, undisturbed, for 5 mins, until the temperature drops to 110C, then stir in the vanilla bean paste, peanut butter and a good pinch of salt.
- Remove the thermometer, then vigorously beat the mixture with a wooden spoon, checking the temperature every minute or so until it drops again to about 60C. By this time, the mixture will be really thick and have lost its glossy shine. Take the thermometer out and continue beating the mixture for a few more minutes. This part is crucial as it helps create small sugar crystals that give the fudge its smooth, creamy texture.
- Quickly pour the fudge mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the surface using a spatula. Scatter the chopped peanuts. Leave to cool overnight at room temperature - don't put it in the fridge, as it will become sticky and won't set properly. Cut into 36 bite-sized pieces. Will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two months.
