Steps:
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan. COMBINE flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Beat brown sugar and butter in large bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in DelightFulls morsels. Spread into prepared pan. BAKE for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container. Variation: Substitute NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® DelightFulls™ Caramel Filled Morsels for the Peanut Butter Filled Morsels.
PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY BARS
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 9 by 13 by 2-inch cake pan. Line it with parchment paper, then grease and flour the pan.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugar on medium speed until light yellow, about 2 minutes. With the mixer on low speed, add the vanilla, eggs, and peanut butter and mix until all ingredients are combined.
- In a small bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. With the mixer on low speed, slowly add the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture. Mix just until combined.
- Spread 2/3 of the dough into the prepared cake pan and spread over the bottom with a knife or offset spatula. Spread the jam evenly over the dough. Drop small globs of the remaining dough evenly over the jam. Don't worry if all the jam isn't covered; it will spread in the oven. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and bake for 45 minutes, until golden brown. Cool and cut into squares.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a 15 x 10-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all crust ingredients, and press into bottom of the pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes (do not over bake).
- Remove from oven then sprinkle the peanuts evenly over crust.
- In a saucepan combine the topping ingredients; bring to a boil then cook for about 2 minutes until smooth (stirring constantly).
- Pour the hot mixture over the nuts, and return to oven.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until until golden.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
