PEANUT BUTTER NO BAKE COOKIES
Posted in response to a request, I got this recipe from a lady at church who make them for Bible School in the 1980s. I had made chocolate no-bake cookies for YEARS but had never heard of peanut butter no bake cookies. So delicious that my choco-holic daughter likes them better than the chocolate variety! No. of servings depends on how big you make the cookies. Prep time depends on how fast you are scooping the cookies onto the wax paper covered newspaper! (You get better w/ practice! :D )

EXTRA RICH CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL NO BAKE COOKIES
With all the variations on RecipeZaar I was surprised when I didn't find this one that a friend gave me a few years ago. Its got more peanut butter and more cocoa powder than most other variations so its extra rich in taste. I have used either old-fashioned or quick oatmeal successfully. "Cooking" time is the time required for the cookies to set completely.

GLUTEN-FREE NO BAKE COOKIES - CHOCOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER, AND OATS
This is a compilation of a few different no bake cookie recipes I found and tweaked. This recipe made 40 tablespoon-size cookies. It would be easy to halve everything for fewer cookies. Almond milk can be substituted for milk to make this dairy-free, agave nectar for honey to make it vegan, and almond butter or sunflower seed butter for peanut butter.

NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE-PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
My great aunt Pat makes these cookies every year during the holidays. She always has them on hand for drop-in guests and puts them on the dessert buffet at our family Christmas Eve party. I like making multiple batches and storing them in holiday tins for gifts. Be careful, they're addictive! You might want to make an extra batch (or two).

- In a food processor, grind 3 cups of the corn cereal to a powder. Add the peanut butter cups and peanut butter and process until the mixture is glossy and comes together, about 2 minutes. Add the remaining 1 cup of corn cereal and process until very finely chopped and the mixture just holds together; you should still see small flecks of cereal.
- Roll the mixture into a 9-inch log and wrap in plastic. Roll the log back and forth until smooth. Unwrap the log and spread the chocolate sprinkles on the plastic wrap. Roll the log in the sprinkles, pressing to help them adhere. Wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
