- In a large bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar for 3 minutes. Add the peanut butter, butter and milk; mix well. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to sugar mixture, beating just until blended. Stir in the peanut butter cups. , Spread into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

- In a large bowl, cream the peanut butter, butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Stir in chips. , Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 325° for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack., For frosting, in a small bowl, combine the butter, cocoa, milk, corn syrup and vanilla. Gradually add confectioners' sugar; beat until smooth. Frost brownies. Sprinkle with chips. Cut into bars.

Steps:
- Grease and flour a 18 x 12 inch jelly roll pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and peanut butter until fluffy.
- Add in the sugar and beat until smooth.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla; mix until well combined.
- Add in the flour and beat until well mixed.
- Evenly spread the batter into the jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a pick comes out with moist crumbs attached.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- In a saucepan, melt the peanut butter chips and cream over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the mixture over the cooled blondies.
- Sprinkle the chopped Heath bars and peanuts on top.
- Let cool to room temperature before slicing and serving.

- PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan. COMBINE flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Beat brown sugar and butter in large bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in DelightFulls morsels. Spread into prepared pan. BAKE for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9-by-13-inch glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in a large bowl and beat using a handheld mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add the peanut butter, vanilla extract and eggs and beat again until fully combined. Add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix on low speed until the mixture is just fully mixed. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Beat peanut butter and butter together in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat brown sugar into peanut butter mixture. Beat eggs into peanut butter mixture 1 at a time, beating well after each addition; add vanilla extract.

- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
- Combine flour, baking powder and 1/2 cup nuts. Microwave peanut butter and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted; whisk until well blended. Add sugar; mix well. Stir in egg, then flour mixture.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 20 to 24 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.)
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips evenly over dessert; let stand 2 min. or until softened. Spread to evenly cover top of dessert with chocolate. Top with peanut butter chips, remaining chocolate chips and remaining nuts. Cool completely.
- Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into squares.

ONE-BOWL OOEY GOOEY PEANUT BUTTER CHIP BLONDIES
This one's for the "undercooked cookies are the best" crowd. Well, I suppose I'll allow you to cook them all the way if you like. :) I've tweaked this recipe a bit to get it to the point that it's no fuss, and can even be done in one bowl. No messy scooping around in the peanut butter jar; this one uses peanut butter chips instead. You can substitute other types of chips if you like - chocolate, white chocolate, butterscotch, etc.

- In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat margarine or butter in the microwave on half-power until mostly melted.
- With a wire whisk, mix in brown sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Dump in flour, baking soda and salt (if you're a purist, you can mix them in a separate bowl ahead of time, but I've always had just as good of results with the single-bowl method). Stir with a large wooden or plastic spoon until flour is completely incorporated.
- Add peanut butter chips and stir.
- Pour batter into a greased 13x9-inch pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until it's nicely browned and looks set.
- Meanwhile, eat any remaining batter sticking to the bowl. :).
- If you like your blondies more done, you can bake them a bit longer until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. I have no idea how long that takes because I've never gone that far. I find they're just right at about 22 minutes, and definitely best when warm.
