This was one thing my Dad could whip up for us kids. We loved it spread on bread instead of just a plain peanut butter sandwich or on a cracker. This is how I got my kids to eat more veggies - they used this as a dip.

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup honey

Steps:

Combine ingredients, mix well.
Store in refridgerator.

2/3 cup old fashioned oats (uncooked)
1 1/4 cups smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup honey

Steps:

Toast oats by putting them on a cookie sheet, and baking at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix together toasted oats, peanut butter and honey.
Excellent spread on toast, bagels, crackers and for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
7 cups frosted flakes (corn flakes aren't nearly as good)
1 cup smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons margarine

Steps:

Bring all, except cereal, to a near boil--be careful not to scorch. Remove from heat and pour over cereal and stir until cereal is coated well. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper or press into greased 9 x 13 pan and cut into squares after cooled.

1/3 cup peanut butter (smooth is best but you can use chunky)
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon apple juice (if juice is not available) or 1 tablespoon water (if juice is not available)
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

Place peanut butter in a small bowl and then gradually stir in milk and honey until blended.
Stir in apple juice and cinnamon until mixture is smooth.

Ingredients

3 cups roasted unsalted peanut
2 tablespoons honey
salt, to taste
2 tablespoons canola oil
food processor

Steps:

NOTE: If you have unroasted nuts, preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spread peanuts onto a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until you can smell them.
In a food processor, blend peanuts. Scrape down the sides when necessary.
When the peanuts have broken down and become crumbly, add in honey and salt while still blending.
The mixture will turn into a ball and eventually even out.
Slowly add canola oil while still blending. Add more canola oil if you want a creamier texture.
Pour into a jar, store in a refrigerator and use within one month.
Enjoy!

3 cups granola cereal
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

Measure granola in a bowl.
In a saucepan heat corn syrup with honey, just to boil.
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter, vanilla and salt.
Stir until smooth.
Pover over granola and stir until evely blended.
Press into a buttered 8 in cake pan.
Chill until set.
Cut into bars.
