Peach Pie Daiquiri Food

FROZEN PEACH DAIQUIRI

Steps:

• Place first 4 ingredients in an electric blender; process at high speed until smooth. Add ice, and process until slushy.

PEACH PIE DAIQUIRI

Steps:

• Add the rum, peach preserves, lime juice and mint to a cocktail shaker.
• Muddle the mint and preserves and then fill with ice.
• Shake well and strain into a chilled daiquiri glass or Mason jar.
• Top with mike's hard peach lemonade and garnish with fresh peach and an additional sprig of mint, if desired.

CLASSIC DAIQUIRIS

Steps:

• Combine the sugar with 1 cup water in a small saucepan, and heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Set aside to cool or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
• When ready to make the cocktails, combine the lime juice, 1 cup of the sugar syrup, and the rum in a pitcher. Fill 6 cocktail glasses with ice and pour the mixture over the ice. Garnish each cocktail with a slice of lime and serve ice cold.

PEACH DAIQUIRI

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend until the contents have the consistency of snow. Serve immediately in a large saucer champagne or similar glass, with short straws.

DAIQUIRI PIE

Steps:

• Mix pudding, gelatin and sugar in saucepan.
• Stir in 1/2 cup water and eggs blending well.
• Add remaining water.
• Stir over medium heat until mixture come to FULL boil.
• Remove from heat and stir in the rum.
• Chill about 1 1/2 hours.
• Blend whipped topping into chilled mixture.
• Spoon into crust and chill until firm about 2 hours.
• Garnish with additional whipped topping, lime or lemon slices, grated lime or lemon peel, or graham cracker crumbs.

FRESH PEACH DAIQUIRI

Steps:

• Remove skin and pit from peaches.
• Put all ingredients in blender and mix well.
• Freeze for 2 days.
• Reblend and savor the flavor.
