Peach Half And Half Cocktail Food

TOP PEACH SCHNAPPS DRINKS (GEORGIA PEACH!)

Steps:

• Add the peach schnapps, rum, and orange juice to an ice filled highball and stir. Gently pour the cranberry juice into the center.

CITRUS COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Wash and dry the lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit. Cut the fruit in half and cut each half into thin slices. Divide the fruit slices among 6 mason jars, then add 2 ounces of vodka and 1 teaspoon of sugar to each. Screw the lids of the jars on tightly, then shake each jar.
• When ready to serve, top each with 6 ounces of citrus soda.

ORANGE-PEACH PROSECCO COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Divide the juice concentrate, brandy and orange juice between 2 Champagne flutes; stir. Add 3 raspberries to each glass and top off with prosecco. Serve immediately.

Steps:

• Bring 1 1/2 quarts water to a boil in a small pot over high heat. Remove from the heat and add the tea bags. Cover and let steep between 1 and 1 1/2 hours. Discard the tea bags, then place the hibiscus tea in the refrigerator to cool completely.
• Place 2 or 3 frozen raspberries into each compartment of an empty ice cube tray. Using 2 cups of the tea, add enough cooled hibiscus tea to submerge the raspberries and place in the freezer 8 hours or up to overnight.
• Combine the lemonade with 1 quart chilled hibiscus tea in a large pitcher and stir to combine. Pour over raspberry ice cubes and serve with lemon wedges.

PEACHES AND CREAM, LITERALLY

Steps:

• Cut each peach in half along the crease, twist open, and remove the pit. Peel and slice. Cut slices in half to get roughly 2 cups of sliced peaches.
• Bring sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Boil until a syrup forms, about 3 minutes. Stir in peaches until coated. Bring syrup back to a light simmer, about 1 minute. Immediately remove from heat and pour mixture into a bowl.
• Transfer peaches into a large bowl using a slotted spoon. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Divide mixture between serving glasses, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until completely chilled and cream has absorbed all the peach flavor, at least 3 hours.

Steps:

• Add rum, pineapple juice, peach, half-and-half, coconut cream, and ice to a blender.
• Blend until mixture is smooth.
• Pour drink into a chilled hurricane glass; garnish with peach slice.
