PEACH COBBLER DUMP CAKE (SLOW COOKER)
Peach Cobbler dump cake in a slow cooker is a deliciously easy dump and go dessert, perfect to serve with crunchy pecans and vanilla ice cream.

- In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick and sugar. Mix these dry ingredients well.
- Add milk and combine. Set aside.
- Grease a 6 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and pour canned peaches (with syrup) into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Gently pour Bisquick mixture on top, which will mix in with the peaches and syrup. Do not stir.
- Place a layer of paper towel on top of the slow cooker and place the lid on the slow cooker. This helps catch condensation that may appear on the lid. If the paper towel gets full during cooking, replace with a fresh paper towel.
- Cook Peach Cobbler on high in slow cooker for 2- 2.5 hours, until Bisquick is cooked through.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and top with crunchy pecans.

- Empty peaches into the bottom of a 13 x 9- inch pan.
- Cover with the dry cake mix and press down firmly.
- Cut butter or margarine into small pieces and place on top of cake mix.
- Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
- Bake for 45 minutes.

- Sprinkle with cornstarch; toss.
- Drizzle with vanilla and sprinkle brown sugar over all.

- Cover and cook on high for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

SLOW COOKER EASY PEACH COBBLER
Delightfully sweet and rich. The crust is buttery with bits of crumbly bits on the top and the peaches are super juicy and bursting with flavor. It reminds me of the dump cake-version of peach cobbler that we would enjoy after long days on the lake in the summer. Serve warm, topped with cold vanilla ice cream.

- Combine peaches and sugar in a medium bowl. Stir well and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Liberally spray a slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Stir peaches once more and add to the prepared slow cooker. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over the peaches; don't stir. Distribute butter pieces evenly over the cake mix.
- Cover and cook on High until cake is done and golden and bubbly around the edges, about 3 1/2 hours. Turn off slow cooker and let stand 15 minutes before serving.

This is so easy and very yummy. I have seen so many dump cakes, but non with toasted coconut, so I thought I would post it. This takes about 5 minutes to make and then just let it bake. mmmmm.... it's so good!

- Preheat oven to 325.
- Spread whole can of pie filling in a 13X9 baking pan.
- Spread whole can of crushed pineapple over pie filling.
- Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the pie filling and pineapple.
- Spoon butter over the mix until it's even over the whole cake.
- Sprinkle coconut until it's well coated.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with ice cream if you like.

- Melt butter in cooking dish (approx. 1 1/2 qt) and set aside to cool.
- Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and milk.
- Pour Batter gently into the middle of melted butter but DO NOT STIR.
- Pour peaches and juice into the center of the batter but DO NOT STIR.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top, a little at a time.

- Quarter the peaches. Slice each quarter into thirds and then cut the slices in half. Per whole peach, you should have 12 slices of peaches, halved.
