Pbj Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark Food
PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY FROZEN YOGURT BARK
A delicious new twist of my classic Frozen Yogurt Bark, this time with peanut butter and jelly. A really great summer snack that the kids will love!

Steps:
- Line a baking dish (approx 10inch x 10 inch) with parchment paper and pour in the yogurt. Smooth down evenly with a spoon.
- Melt the peanut butter in a bowl or mug in the microwave for approx 15 seconds. Pour or spoon it onto the yogurt and use a knife to swirl it through.
- Next melt the jelly/jam in the microwave for approx 8 seconds. Spoon that onto the yogurt and peanut butter and use a skewer to swirl it around.
- Place the dish in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen solid. Remove and cut into 12 pieces.
- The Frozen Yogurt Bark will keep in a freezer bag or container for up to 8 weeks.

PB&J FROZEN GREEK YOGURT BARK
A quick and easy frozen treat that your kids will love! It's healthy and made with all-natural ingredients! Store in an air-tight container in freezer for up to a month, If it will last that long.

Steps:
- Mix yogurt, mashed strawberries, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread yogurt mixture in a thin layer onto the parchment paper. Top mixture with sliced strawberries.
- Stir 2 teaspoons peanut butter and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave until melted, about 30 seconds. Stir well and drizzle over yogurt mixture.
- Freeze yogurt mixture until solid, at least 2 hours. Break into pieces.
