PAULA'S CHICKEN NUGGETS

Steps:

• Pour oil to a depth of 2-inches in a large Dutch oven or deep-fryer. Heat oil to 360 °F F.
• In a small bowl, combine ranch mix, panko and salt together. In a second bowl add the egg mixture and in a third bowl add the flour.
• Dredge chicken cubes in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then coat in panko mixture.
• Fry chicken nuggets, in batches, for 5 to 6 minutes or until done. Serve with dipping sauce of choice.

CHICKEN NUGGETS WITH HONEY MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Spread the crushed potato chips in a shallow dish. Beat together the egg and milk in a shallow bowl. Dip the chicken cubes into the egg mixture and then dredge them in the chips. Place the chicken nuggets on a baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown. The chicken nuggets can be frozen after baking. Serve with your favorite sauce, such as honey mustard or ranch dressing.
• Honey Mustard:
• Combine mayonnaise, honey, mustard, lemon juice and horseradish (if using); stir well. Thin to pouring consistency for dressing or dipping consistency for dips with orange juice. Cover and chill for 2 or 3 hours.

• Place the chicken nuggets on a baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown.

SOUR CREAM & ONION CHICKEN NUGGETS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350.
• In a small bowl, beat together egg, pepper, and milk.
• Dip chicken pieces into milk mixture and transfer to ziploc bag with chips.
• Gently toss chicken around in bag until completely coated. (you may want to do this in batches).
• Place chicken on baking pan and drizzle with melted butter.
• Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until crispy and brown.
