PRETTY PASTA SALAD WITH PEAS, PARMESAN AND HAM
This is a wonderful pasta salad which I have been making for at least 15 years. In fact when I first moved to Greece and my mother visited me a year later, one of the first things she asked me was about how to make this recipe. I have made it for buffets and even for my engagement party and it tastes as good as it looks which is saying something! Enjoy.

- Shake dressing ingredients together in a jam jar and pour over pasta salad.

HAM PASTA SALAD
This is a great mayo based cold salad for the summer. When I was little, my mom would make a bowl and I would finish all of the leftovers the next day. Since my fiance hates onions, I stir them in last after I scoop his half into another bowl.

CREAMY PENNE PASTA WITH HAM AND PEAS
I tried to copy a wonderful dish I had at a small local Italian restaurant and this one turned out WONDERFUL (for a lot less money too!) The flavors are excellent and it's a totally new way to use up leftover ham. The crispy ham reminds me of pancetta. This is a very forgiving recipe and many different vegetables can be added to your liking, try sauteed zucchini with the peas, or mushrooms, broccoli, etc.
