- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl mix together butter and garlic until well combined.
- Slice Italian bread down the center, lengthwise. Spread butter mixture evenly over each half.
- Sprinkle olives evenly over the bread, and top with cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice the olives in half. Add the rest of the ingredients (except bread) and mix well in a bowl.
- Slice the bread in half and spread the mixture onto each half.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until melted and bubbly.
- Broil for a few minutes to get a nice golden top. Slice and enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Roughly chop both the black olives and pimiento-stuffed green olives. Slice the green onions into thin pieces.
- Combine the butter, mayonnaise, cheese, olives and green onions in a mixing bowl. Stir together until thoroughly combined.
- Spread the mixture onto the French bread. Bake until the cheese is melted and browning, 20 to 25 minutes.
OLIVE CHEESY GARLIC BREAD

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Slice bread evenly in half lengthwise and place on a large sheet pan, cut sides up.
- In a large bowl, use a spatula to spread out your softened butter so it mixes evenly with everything else. Then dump in the rest of your ingredients {both olives, pressed garlic, onion, mayo, cheese, Paprika and pepper}. Mix very well so all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Divide mixture in half and spread evenly over both sides of the cut bread.
- Bake on center rack for 28-30 minutes. Turn on your broiler's high setting and broil bread for 1-2 additional minutes to nicely brown the top. Allow to cool for a bit before slicing and serving.

- In a cup or small bowl, sprinkle yeast over the surface of the lukewarm water. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes to dissolve.
- In a large bowl, stir together the flour, salt and sugar. Pour in the yeast mixture along with the olive oil. Beat with a sturdy spoon until dough is stiff enough to pull away from the sides of the bowl. Cover, and set aside until doubled in size, about 35 minutes.
- Remove the dough from the bowl and knead briefly on a floured surface. Roll the dough out to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness or to the size of your baking sheet. Place on a greased baking sheet and spread butter over the top. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Let rest while you preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Serve warm.

- Mix the butter and the mayonnaise.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped black olives, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Mix well and chill for approximately 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- If you do not have time to chill it is still great.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut loaf of French Bread in half lengthwise and place on a foil lined cookie sheet.

GARLIC CHEESE QUICK BREAD
Found this recipe in Taste of Home when looking for a fast bread to serve with dinner. My husband thought it tasted kinda sweet, and I was expecting it to taste the garlic more, but we both thought it was good. As with most quick breads I think this tastes better after it cools, however it does not stay fresh for more than a day or two so eat it quick! The original recipe called for self rising flour, which I never have on hand, so I just used regular flour and added the baking powder and salt...so it can be made using self rising flour--just don't add the baking powder and salt.

- In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients and cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, oil and egg.
- Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients just until moistened.
- Pour into a greased 9-in.x 5-in. loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
OLIVE OIL AND PARMESAN GARLIC BREAD "LOW FAT"
This is my own creation on garlic bread because I was tired of recipe's that had too much butter on them and were not quite as healthy. With the seasonings and Parmesan cheese you don't even miss the butter and in fact, I have people rave about this bread all the time! In a pinch I will use the Pepperidge farm "Hot N Crusty Bread" but prefer to get straight from a bakery fresh bread either French baguette or a Rustic Italian.

- Split loaf lengthwise with a serrated knife AND PREHEAT OVEN to 425 degrees.
- Brush both halves with olive oil till well coated.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Sprinkle with the rest of the seasonings.
- Spread 1 tsp of minced garlic per half of loaf.
- Finally sprinkle both halves with Parmesan and bake for 10-15 minutes until bread is fragrant and the edges are starting to lightly brown.
