- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
- In a large bowl, mix together the creamy salad dressing, Italian Dressing, and grated cheese.
- Add the pasta, salami, bell pepper, olives and onion. Stir well to evenly coat. Allow to chill before serving.

- Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water and set aside to cool.
- Add all of the dressing ingredients into a glass jar. Add the lid and shake well to combine.
- Add the cooled pasta to a large salad bowl and top with the chopped salad ingredients. Shake the dressing again and add 1/3-1/2 cup to the salad (or to taste).
- Stir the ingredients together until well combined. Cover and chill for an hour, or serve immediately if required. Enjoy!

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until tender, 6 to 10 minutes (check the package for recommended cook time). Drain and rinse well under cold water.
- While the pasta cooks, in the bottom of a large bowl, make the dressing. Whisk the red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, pepperoncini juice (if using), and the olive oil until blended. Add the drained and rinsed pasta to the dressing and mix well.

SMALL PASTA WITH SALAMI

- Bring some water for the pasta to a boil over medium heat and salt it generously. Add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes or as the package directs.
- Warm a fairly wide, heavy-based saucepan over medium heat. Add the salami strips, not worrying if they clump together. Stir with a wooden spoon for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Stir in the tomatoes and add about 1/2 a tomato can of water.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon butter, then add the bouquet garni, if using, and the drained beans. Leave it to bubble away, firmly but gently, while the pasta finishes cooking.
- Just before draining the pasta, remove and reserve a little of the cooking water.
- Stir the drained pasta into the sauce, then remove from the heat, and stir in the remaining butter. If you think the sauce needs it, splash in some of the pasta cooking water, and stir again with a wooden spoon. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving, removing the bouquet garni, if used.

- 1. In large skillet, add the olive oil and saute the chopped garlic until brown. Add the chopped Genoa salami, hard salami, a pinch of the red pepper flakes and turns of the black pepper. Saute on medium high heat until lightly crispy.
