- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a shallow glass dish or bowl, combine the crushed garlic with the melted butter or margarine. In another small bowl mix together the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into garlic butter, then into crumb mixture to coat.
- Place coated chicken pieces into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with remaining garlic butter and bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

- Heat oven to 400°. Line a large baking pan with foil and lightly grease or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Wash chicken thighs and trim excess fat and skin. Remove skin, if desired. Pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Combine the melted butter with mustard, honey or syrup, and garlic powder in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine the panko crumbs with shredded Parmesan, paprika, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and parsley.
- Brush or rub the chicken thighs with the butter and mustard mixture then press all sides in the panko mixture to coat thoroughly. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.

- Position an oven rack on the lowest shelf and preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Combine the breadcrumbs, oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Put the drumsticks in a large bowl and toss to coat with 1 tablespoon water. Place the drumsticks in the bag with the breadcrumbs and shake well to coat, pressing the breadcrumbs firmly into the meat. Arrange the drumsticks in a circle on a 9-inch pie dish with the tips facing out (they may rest on the rim of the dish). Bake until the breadcrumbs are dark golden and the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer (avoid touching bone), 30 to 35 minutes.
- Divide the sauce evenly over the drumsticks. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the top and lay 1 slice of mozzarella on top of each drumstick. Return the drumsticks to the oven and cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 minutes. Serve.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Peel potatoes and cut into half-inch thick slices (lengthwise) cut again into 1/2-inch thick fries. Place the potatoes into a pot with cold water and 1 tablespoon of salt. Bring up to a gentle boil and simmer until a paring knife tip goes through easily. Cooked about 3/4 of the way through.

- Whisk together the buttermilk, red pepper flakes and 1 tablespoon salt in a large bowl. Add the chicken, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours up to overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with a cooling rack. Add enough vegetable oil to a large Dutch oven or pot, fitted with a deep fry thermometer, so that it is filled a little less than halfway. Heat over medium heat until 350 degrees F.
- Meanwhile, bring another large pot of salted water to a boil. Whisk together the flour, Italian seasoning, 2 teaspoons salt and 2 teaspoons pepper in a large bowl.
- Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, one piece at a time, letting the excess drip off and drop into the flour. Rotate and toss chicken in the flour until completely coated. - Meanwhile, add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to the package directions. Heat the marinara in a small saucepan.
