PAN-ROASTED CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES

Pan-Roasted Chicken and Vegetables image

This one-dish roast chicken with vegetables tastes as if it took hours of hands-on time to put together, but the simple ingredients can be prepped in mere minutes.
