Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
- Place parchment paper on 15-inch baking stone.
- Pour brownie mixture on paper and spread into 14-inch circle.
- Do not bake without parchment paper or batter will run off stone while baking.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add drained pineapple and mix well.
- Spread over brownie crust.
- Slice banana and strawberries.
- Chop nuts.
- Arrange fruits and nuts on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Chill.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly coat a 12-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray.
- Combine brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs in a large bowl. Stir 50 strokes with a spoon. Spread evenly on the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Gradually add cold milk and mix until smooth and creamy. Fold in 1/3 of the whipped topping, then spread pudding mixture over the cooled crust. Top evenly with remaining whipped topping.
- Decorate with sliced bananas, strawberries, and pineapple tidbits. Drizzle chocolate sauce over top, then sprinkle with peanuts. If serving immediately, cut into 12 slices and top each with a cherry. Or, refrigerate until ready to serve.

I have made this several times-- I even took first place at a chocolate event was in the newspaper-- I love putting this in an authentic pizza box from a pizza place

- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- 2. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions
- 3. Cut a circle of parchment paper to fit 15" round backing stone. Pour brownie mixture onto parchment paper; spread 14-inch circle. (Do not bake without parchment paper or batter will run off baking stone while baking.)
- 4. Bake 15-18 minutes or until brownie is set. Do not over bake
- 5. Cool completely
- 6. Mix cream cheese, pineapple and sugar until blended. Spread cream cheese mixture over brownie.
- 7. Slice bananas and strawberries.
- 8. Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture
- 9. Chop nuts.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 12 x 3/4-inch pizza pan with foil; grease and flour foil. Spread brownie batter on foil in pan.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes in preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, beat cream cheese and pineapple on low speed until blended. spread over cooled brownie; top with fruit. Drizzle chocolate topping over fruit. (If necessary for drizzling, microwave as directed on container.) Refrigerate until serving time. Cut into 16 wedges or squares. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pizza.
PEANUT BUTTER-BANANA BROWNIE PIZZA
This is great to take to work and easy to carry, too. Not surprisingly, it's also a big hit with kids (IF they like peanut butter, bananas, and chocolate!)

- Prepare brownie mix according to instructions on box.
- Spread batter evenly on greased, 12-inch pizza pan.
- Bake 20 minutes at whatever temperature your brand of brownie mix directs.
- Cool completely on wire rack; DO NOT remove brownie from pan.
- Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and peanut butter with electric blender until smooth.
- Spread evenly over brownie in pan.
- Arrange banana slices over cream cheese layer and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Melt butter in small pan and add chocolate to melt over LOW heat; drizzle over top of brownie.

This is a recipe I found from Paula Deen. I have never tried it but with Strawberry season here and family reunions coming this summer. I thought it would be a great dessert for summer.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 15-inch pizza pan. Prepare the brownie mix according to box directions. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until done. Remove from the oven and cool. Beat the cream cheese, pineapple, and sugar together in a bowl. Use any reserved pineapple juice at this time, if needed, to soften the mixture to a good spreading consistency. Otherwise dispose of or save the juice for another use. Spread the mixture over the cooled brownie crust. Arrange the banana and strawberry slices over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts and drizzle with chocolate ice cream topping. Refrigerate. To serve, slice as you would a pizza, and enjoy!
