360 ml japanese sweet rice (washed)
400 ml water
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 cup oyster mushroom, chopped
1 cup sweet onion, chopped
1/2 cup carrot, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped

Steps:

  • put first 5 ingredients in a rice cooker, then put the rest on top.
  • turn the rice cooker on!

200g Rice
2 pcs egg
100g Haricot vert
100g corn
1 tablespoon Cooking oil
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
10ml Cooking Wine
20g Black sesame

Steps:

  • Wash green beans and corn
  • Leftover rice break up
  • Blanch the green beans and corn, and beat the eggs into a bowl
  • Add salt and cooking wine to the egg to beat
  • Heat oil in the pan and pour the egg mixture
  • Stir-fry and serve
  • Pour in green beans and corn and stir fry
  • Pour the rice and stir fry
  • Add oyster sauce and stir fry evenly
  • Pour in the scrambled eggs and stir-fry evenly
  • Pour in a little sesame oil
  • Sprinkle with sauteed black sesame seeds
  • Start eating

2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornflour
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 teaspoons ginger, chopped
1 red chile, deseeded and chopped
200 g filet of beef, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 red capsicum, sliced
rice, to serve

Steps:

  • Combine oyster and soy sauces along with sesame oil, sugar and cornflour in a small bowl.
  • Set aside.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of the peanut oil in a wok.
  • Swirl to coat.
  • Add half the beef and stir fry until browned.
  • Remove and set aside.
  • Repeat with the remaining peanut oil and beef and remove and set aside.
  • Add garlic, ginger and chilli to the wok.
  • Cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add onion and capsicum and stir fry for 1 minute.
  • Return the beef to the pan along with the combined sauces.
  • Stir to warm through.
  • Serve immediately with rice.

2 -3 tablespoons peanut oil
400 g rice noodles
800 g rump steak (meat only weight)
4 teaspoons garlic (minced, 4-6 cloves)
1 cup broccoli (or 400 grams chinese broccoli cut into 3cm lengths)
1 carrot (large peeled and julienned)
1 cup cauliflower floret
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 large red fresh chili pepper (red large, deseeded and cut into strips)
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Steps:

  • Give vegetables a light steam or microwave for 1 minute.
  • Pour boiling water over noodles, separate them and once softened drain and set aside.
  • Cut fat of steak (I used 1.1k to get 800 grams), gently pound out and cut into small squares.
  • Heat the wok over high heat, add 1 tablespoon and cook the beef in batches until brown (you may need to add more oil as cooking) and set aside.
  • Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining oil and garlic and cook for 30 seconds and then add the noodles, chilli, soy sauce and oyster sauce and stire fry for 2 minutes.
  • Return beef to the wok and add the vegetables and cook to all is heated through.
